Terrible customer service. Left me hanging for days without providing important details. The full dumpster was sitting by my curbside for days, and I had to call several times before getting them to send someone. Each time I called, I was provided different information. Everyone working there seems to be a rude knucklehead, with no idea for what customer service is about.
Needless to say, I will never use them again and hope this review will save a few people some headache.

Got 2 containers about a week ago they came I time and picked up I time aswell I would use them again moving foward as they gave me a great price and made my project go smooth with min time of looking at 2 30yard containers in front of clients house … Give them a 10 out of 10

STAY AWAY, USE ANOTHER COMPANY. If I could give them zero stars, I would!!! This was the old bait & switch trick at its finest. They gave me the best quote, by far, but didn’t explain all of the hidden fees, and overage charges. The overage charges were more than original quote, so instead of the $ 425 that I was quoted, I ended up paying over $ 1000. And there’s no warning, they just charge your card again. Search around and use a company that gives you the best rate along with overage fees. THIS COMPANY ISN’T IT, STAY AWAY
