Don’t waste your time at this place, delivery is horrible and the employees are rude and offer no explanation on why delivery is 2 hours. It’s a shame they have great portions

I will never order from this restaurant again. I have ordered from them several times before and the delivery time was always between 1 – 2 hours. Yesterday, at 2:30pm, I decided to take a chance and order from them again. I ordered fried shrimp and fries, a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo and rice and peas. I originally wanted macaroni and cheese but he said they only had yams and rice and peas. (A previous day, my sister called around 2pm to order lunch and he said they didn’t have any food prepared. Nothing at all. He told her to call back and obviously she didn’t) So it took 1 hour and 45 minutes for my food to arrive and he shows up with an attitude. My total was 12.50 and i gave him a 20 dollar bill and 50 cents. He didn’t have change for the 20, which is ridiculous. You are a delivery man, you should always have change. He gives me $ 10, tells me next time and leaves. I go inside to eat my food and I see that my order is wrong. He gave me a cheeseburger with a tomato and ranch dressing. SO disgusting. Instead of rice and peas, he gave me nasty cabbage. I called the restaurant and explained to the boy who answered that my order was wrong. He told me he would call me back and never did. I called 45 min later and this time, a woman answered and sounded very apologetic. She said she didn’t understand why he would take it upon himself to give me something I didn’t ask for. She asked me to tell her what it is I originally ordered and said I would get it in an hour. This was at 5pm. I called her back at 8pm to remind her that I am still waiting for my food and she said she is going to send it in 15 min. At 10pm, I still haven’t received my food so I call for a 4^th time and the boy answers the phone and tells me that everyone has left for the day. Basically, I paid for food that I did not receive. I fully intend to go back to the restaurant and get the money they owe me. I will never order from this unprofessional, disrespectful restaurant again. Save yourself the trouble and don’t bother with these people.

I was driving by and saw this spot today. The sign on the outside suggests its Southern/​Jamaican cuisine. I was kind of excited at first. They were talking about Oxtail, jerk chicken… I walk inside and took a look at their menu. The menu suggest its more American grill. Burgers, fries, wraps… So I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap with some mac & cheese. Took about 12 minutes to get my meal and it cost $ 5.50. While waiting I noticed the inside of the place just seemed like it was falling apart. Wires hanging down from the ceiling. A few squares on the ceiling were out of place. Their Surveillance camera was dangling from a cord on the ceiling. Their were empty bottles left on the floor near where I ordered food. I picked up a take out menu… OMG it looks like it fell in a puddle of water. the print is so hard to read because its fading. I know these people must of heard of Kinkos or Staples. Ok about the food. The buffalo chicken wrap wasn’t bad. However, Id probably wouldn’t get it again. The Mac & Cheese was like a 5 out of 10. I’ve had WAY better. You get what you pay for. I think they have too many things on their menu. Its more American style. I mean they go from Philly cheese steaks to burgers to oxtail and snapper. Like seriously… My opinion would be to reduce the menu items and to focus on American/​Jamaican cuisine (if they must have both). Seems they are all over the place as is. I would also fix up the interior some. Not a place I will be returning to and I’m surprised they are open.
