Ordered online and the countdown began, wow pizza in just 30 minutes. Well, more than an hour later and still no pizza. No answer at the phone number given or put on hold forever. After an hour and a half, someone picks up and tells me the pizza is on its way. Seriously, how does this pizza hut stay in business??? Never Again! Wish I could comment on the quality of the food, but I’m afraid I may never taste it… tick tock, tick tock… good nite.

Horrible service! If it were possible I would have given 0 stars. We placed an online order and it was still not delivered after almost an hour. The site claims 30 minutes but once we called the worker told us an hour. Then had an attitude once we called to cancel and hung up on us. Do yourself a favor and order from another pizzeria.

Slow as molasses even when picking up. Take my advice don’t ever have them deliver, cause trust me your children will be graduating high school by the time the pizza comes. I recommend papa johns better tasting pizza and lesser wait time and it’s funny seeing as there in Uniondale the next town over, what a travesty I’m done with this place.

Disgusting. Used to be ok but the last few times I ordered their signature pan pizza crust has been barely cooked! Ordered a Super Supreme and they left off toppings. Try Dominos or Little Caesars in Freeport for a cheap chain pizza
