If you are not a person that values local sourced damn near organic meat and the markup that comes with this stuff I am sorry. This farm will seem expensive to you. They raise many of the animals themselves, have a full butcher shop and sell their products with pride. We buy stew beef, stir fry, soup chickens, eggs, and pork chops here. I do not get steaks here because they are too much for me. We have been coming here for a bit over a month at a rate of twice a week. When buying such high quality ingredients, you end up using them more wisely and you don’t need as much. I will admit that it was a coupon and curiosity that got us hooked. You can see the chickens running around and you can see how much better the meat is. If you are on a strapped budget, think about the frozen stuff of which they have plenty. All sorts of cuts and almost all local. Chicken noodle from the soup chicken is great and not supper fatty like a regular supermarket chicken. Please support these type of farms because they are good for you and we need them so much more than the mass farmed steroid crap out there. Eat ethically, shop here and support the local way.

Everything here is fresh, local and organic, including the meats. There’s a cooler stocked with milk, eggs, butter and this sinful macaroni salad with sausage and poultry. The butcher counter has fresh meat, and the shelves have local sauces and jams. Very friendly staff, home cooked food in the restaurant(they are a little stingy with the maple syrup).

I ate there about a month ago. I will never ever go there again. I ordered corned beef hash. Very disappointing. I did not even taste one bit of corned beef. NOTHING but steamed potatoe. I don’t know about the rest of the menu. Big thumbs down… service was ok.

This is a very charming little café. The setting is right on a farm… very beautiful and rustic. It took awhile to get our food but everything was delicious and the people were very friendly. Coffee is fantastic! It’s a very small café with limited seating. The menu is Limited but covers the basics.

A really great place to eat. It’s not the greatest breakfast in the area, but the food is really good and the atmosphere is nice. It’s inexpensive, and I think all the food is fresh from the farm. I was very happy with breakfast when I went. They also have a small butcher shop in house, and though I didn’t buy anything when I went, all the cuts of meat looked great. With that they also sell a small variety of pies and baked goods, as well as honey and maple syrup. Overall they’re a great country store, and a great place to do breakfast.

This is THE place for local, quality meat(beef, pork, homemade sausage) — «all animals are raised in open pasture and without the use of growth hormones or unnatural feed.» The flavors are amazing. If you like pork chops, they have the sweetest, most tender, cleanest tasting chops I’ve ever had. Don’t use your favorite recipe on these babies — just pan sauté with salt and pepper. You won’t be disappointed. I enjoyed lunch in their Café just yesterday. My breakfast sandwich was a simple affair, but the quality of the ingredients will make you sit back and look at that little treat and slow down and smile — good eggs, quality cheese, their own bacon, fresh bread. Foodie Friend enjoyed their soup, and a pulled pork sandwich that was incredibly tender and delicious, topped with a homemade slaw — the combination was amazing. Watch for discount coupons with Local Flavor and others — I got $ 20 worth of stuff for $ 10 — now that’s a deal!!! MOO.

This was an incredible find. I stopped by on my way home hoping to pick up something nice for dinner. I ended up with pork chops and they were delicious, fresh and affordable. The property is gorgeous as well! I will definitely be back

Great little café. Breakfast was delicious, can’t wait to try it for lunch! The sandwiches on the menu sounded fantastic. Also took some home-cured ham to go.
