Buffalo Wild Wings

Its b dubs, what do you expect. Its basically a McDonald’s with beer. Everytime i come here i wish i hadn’t. I will say that this location has better service than most. The sercice was «ok», but when i was ready to pay my tab, the bartender was nowhere to be found. Being a bartender, im usually pretty easy going, but, when its 2 hours before close and your more concerned with cleaning and doing your closing work instead of serving your customers, something is wrong. Your a bartender and its friday. You’re going to work late. If you have a problem with that, find a new job.

Came here after seeing a movie it was after 9pm. 4 $ apps score! Our waitress was Molly she was great she had another table of 32 yes 32 people and she never forgot about us. Molly is the bomb ask for her when you come in. We also had coupons for free snack packs of wings. Don’t forget to sign up for there email club.

Food is amazing as always so credit the cooks. As far as the servers and the management it’s the worst franchise organization ever established. They’re always double the time on there carry outs. I have currently been sitting waiting for my carry out order I got here 15 minutes ago and when I did that was 25 minutes after I got off the phone to place my order which the server assured me would only take 15 – 20 minutes. Pretty sure once I got here the server took my order to the back after reprinting the receipt. Granted not her fault more the managers and owners that can’t get it right. This is not the first time this has happened and it is also not my worst experience at buffalo

Ordered a wrap today for lunch. The tortilla was so stale I couldn’t even take one bite without it falling apart. I didn’t want to make a scene but I did kindly let the waitress know about it. She goes and talks to the manager and shortly returns (not the manager). She said his exact words were «I have been meaning to check those». Never again will I step foot I there. I paid for my whole meal as nothing was even offered as far as replacing or comp (took one bite) Would not recommend anyone coming to this establishment with that managers response alone. Especially when you have to pay to eat that crap. If he says that about the wraps, what does he at about the chicken. I visit the Unilocal page and low and behold, all the reviews speak for themselves. They did have a friendly staff (excluding manager, I believe his name was «hide in my office») and had cold beer. Nice tvs as well. The only problem about their upside items I mentioned, is I have cold beer and and nice TV as well. …at my home. For what I paid for that meal today could have gotten MikkyD’s and been better off. Stay away!!!

Great beer selection. Service and quality of food not so good. I will not be returning. St Louis is big on their wings and there are too many other places to go that get it right.

We walked in after seeing two baseball teams outside the front door thinking that there was going to be a long wait. To our surprise there was only one table inside and one outside. (At least in the dinning room). The server came up to us asked us our drinks. We also said we were ready to order and she said she had to take another tables order even first… even though she was already at our table. We ordered one mixed drink and three teas. The teas came over in a fairly decent time but the mixed drink took forever… even after all of the people that sat down after we ordered got their beers. Then we ordered the food. Not only did we not see the server again until we were almost done eating. But the orders were made wrong and no one came over to see how we were doing. And the food came out cold and soggy. We tried getting a cop of our receipt after the bill was cashed out and she said she couldn’t reprint a receipt. NEVER GO THERE!

Have always had great food and service here. Have never had to waot and they make sure you have plenty to drink with those wings… don’t forget the fried pickles

Been here quite frequently and popped in to grab some lunch. Place was my crab and all but unfortunately when My chicken came out it was cold in the center, very inconsistent and undercooked. Staff was nice about the whole situation and offered to have boneless wings redone but I decided just to move on. Hope this is not a pattern — love the location and the environment. Unfortunately this is one of the lowest rated at Buffalo wild wings I’ve come across.

Great food. Did carry out. Tenders and quesadillas very good. Asian salad too spicy though

I’ve been coming to this location for a few years. First the old building had a more seats and a better layout. Only down side was the parking lot. So they move for a bigger parking lot and a small building. I don’t get it. The food is okay. I only get the wings. I’m coming to BWW for wings not a burger it’s a wing place. The wait staff they try there best but I think they need more staff. Everyone has way to many tables when it’s busy. Asian zing and parmesan garlic are the sauces I get on my wings.

I am a long time goer of bdubs and have been to the new location several times.
The environment and layout is much cleaner than the old one but service and food quality is the same. Every time service has been average and the food always comes out colder than warm.
Came here for Superbowl (2015) yesterday. Couldnt get seated at the bar even though i saw some spaces open…
Really young staff who seemed to mess around a lot and my buffalo chicken sandwich and fries came out slightly cold again. The 15 wing order was hot and good. The flat bread pizza also came out warm.

My boys talked me into lunch for their wings, which were burned and dry. My daughter’s chicken wrap as well as my medium rare burger were dry and tasteless. The only redeeming quality was the fact they have Diet Mountain Dew to wash down the poor excuse for food. Unfortunately, it wasn’t self serve, so getting a refill was next to impossible. Save your money.

I’m writing this review as I wait for a table. 1 star is because I’ve been waiting 50 minutes (as expected on UFC 182 fight night)
A couple walked in and sat right down at an empty table. A wait staff approached and took their order. A hostess came with another pair that had been waiting and saw what happened. The front door guy went over to the table and left as I stood next to witnessing this rediculous event. The couple stayed and the restaurant allowed this. Bullshit. I won’t be returning. 1 hour waiting now. No wait for them.

Don’t go here for any reason. Just don’t. Will you get good service? Absolutely not. Will they charge you appropriately for your order. It could happen. Will they leave your credit cards unattended for a long enough time for an identity thief to make off with them? Absolutely! These people don’t give a damn about you, and they will let you know that.

This review is based on repeated visits, and we always sit in the dining section. This is the ‘new’ location, and the space is quite limited in the dining area. The service is always really terrible. The food is sub-​par. They attempt to put new things on the menu each month, but really it’s just a recreation of the existing menu. There’s no difference in the taste. Their prices are also pretty out of control and the chicken wing size has dramatically decreased. Overall, a used to be favorite to a no longer going unless have to meet friends for drinks.

Sunday afternoon, new location so we decided to give it a try. I had to flag down a bartender there were two of them wandering behind the bar. My suggestion is stick to beer. I’m not sure they know how to make even a simple cocktail. (Refer to photo). As soon as we arrived I asked for a specific upcoming game and was told the manager wasn’t here yet but she would tell him as soon as he arrived. He arrived just as the games started. My request is no where. So I walk over and ask he says «no one told me» I’ll put your game in over in the corner. Ugh! When I sat down the bartender said «I gave him your request».
We made the mistake and ordered food about 30 minutes ago, still waiting… Food finally arrived. We both ordered wraps. Not bad, mine came with stale tortilla chips. My husbands came with Cole slaw, it took way too long to again flag down a bartender to get a silverware. On a positive note the Game I requested was finally moved to a better TV and they had the sound on for the game. Won’t be going back!

Very bad experince here. Alot of wait staff but took almost 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us.(wasnt busy at 7pm or). We get seated order food, it comes out about 40 minutes later. I ordered the game day sampler which looked good but when i got it was just aweful. The food was on the colder side of warm. And the burgers were dried out and had residue from the grill or stove caked on them.
My fiancé had gotten the traditional/​boneless combo she said it was ok. But the wings were not warm.
The waitress never asked how the food was and im glad she didnt because I was just so unhappy with the meal. It was already late and i had no patience to argue or ask for a manager i wanted to get the check and get outof their…
Reconsider going to a sports bat other than buffalo wild wings. Im sure youll find better priced food and higher quality.

We never went to the older one because off such bad reviews. We thought at least a newbie would revamp its cooking process and have better service. Boy, were we wrong. As soon as we entered we stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge us, finally a rude waitress approached. By then a manager was already walking up to assist us. The manager asked us how many and we stated «2 for a booth please» the rude waitress standing there mumbled loud enough under her breath, «where everybody wants to sit». But rudly like I offended her by not asking to sit in her table section. Our waitress was about 40 years old and forced to wear a black mini skirt, i felt bad for her. After ordering our food which took forever and day to recieve. What an even bigger joke! Dried out cheeseburger, like super dry and had grill leftovers on it… meaning stuff on the cheeseburger from the grill they cook on. Yuck. The wings were terrible. Super dry frozen wings with drenched in the sauce on traditional and barely tossed on the boneless. So hard but not crispy. Not worth our $ 40 bucks. No, we are never going back. Kept a crappy foundation and just put glitter on it. Ill be surprised if it stays open long.

First visit to the new location in Ballwin. Really like the layout, cleanliness and actually the food was better than the former location. However, given how close it was to the old location, was surprised to not see any former waitstaff we recognized. The «new» waitstaff is still going through some learning curve and growing pains. Nothing bad, but a lot of little things that prevent me from awarding them with 4 start. Some clumsiness with the order, the manager visiting the table was awkward, the vegetables with the wings weren’t prepped to their normal standard. It was a solid OK.

Maybe I need to try something different. Maybe wings aren’t my thing. I’ve been here a couple times — once with a group of eight, once with just two of us.
Service has been OK, but I’d think the server could remember who ordered what. When it was just two of us, she did remember. Otherwise, not.
Good on soda refills, which is helpful with spicy wings.
I’ve gotten an uninspired side salad and parmesan garlic wings. Both times.
And I remain uninspired.
