Terrible service, rude employees and over fries everything. I live in this area and have tried this one a few times when looking for fast food, but never again.

If you’re going to stay open until midnight, may I suggest that you continue to cook food as long as you’re open and not just serve the old, cold food that has been sitting around forever! I was so excited that you are now serving hot dogs. I am a huge hot dog fan and never thought I would throw one out. But when you serve one that has been cooking for hours, it is inedible! I mean seriously, how do you screw up a hot dog?! And the onion rings were also cold and disgusting! I’m only giving one star because I couldn’t post without it.

Despite what other reviews say, in my experience this is an averagely clean Burger King with about the nicest BK employees I’ve ever encountered. I can only imagine the severely negative reviews are from people who never worked in fast food when they were younger.
IE, Ray, I wouldn’t have though it necessary to reach IN to your car to take your money in my high school days. God forbid you meet the employee halfway. In fact that’s just creepy to demand someone’s hand physically enter your car.

Food was fine but the employee’s attitude was poor. When we brought our food back to the counter because it was prepared wrong, the woman behind the counter smarted off to my husband. The restaurant had a foul smell to it, too. We’ll probably pass this location by next time we’re in the area.

I love, love, love Burger King. Yes, I know it is not fine dining but I love that charbroil taste and I get the condiments I like not the ones the restaurant is pushing. Hey, to each his own.
However, this is one of my least favorite locations. Yesterday at lunch was no exception. Inattentive staff at the front counter. I had to repeat the order three times. It was not all that complicated. Add that to cold fries and this was the middle of lunch in a busy restaurant you can see why this is not my favorite location.
I will still be a Burger King fan but will always try to go to a different location.

The service in the evening trumps the morning by far.
The service I received here via the drive through November 16^th was really great. Friendly, knowledgeable and could speak properly.
I went this same morning on the 16^th for breakfast and the person on the drive through obviously lacked experience and doesn’t know to speak professionally.
It was terrible. I actually left and went the McDonalds next door.
The 4 stars is really for the evening service and food.
