I rented a unit here for a few months to store things during a move. The property manager was nice and went above and beyond his duty to help me. I showed up after a long drive to pick up my stuff and I found that my log in code didn’t work. I was pissed because I showed up at 6:30 and the office closed at 6:00pm. My husband decided to call the office anyway and leave a message. By that point I had written off the trip to the storage as a loss. We went to the nearby Trader Joe’s and within 15 minutes of leaving that message, the property manager had called us back and reset the code for us. Seriously, awesome. I never expected someone would check the messages after hours much less take the time (while off the clock) to help us out.
