This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a vendor. Not only have they taken 2 months with my order, I STILL do not have all the correct pieces. It is ridiculous that after I paid an extremely inflated cost to purchase these school items and they were LATE and WRONG. They messed up so many orders they stated they would not take phone calls but you have to email them but then they don’t respond to emails. I placed 2 different orders for my 2 children and they did not get either delivered correctly. If they had an option to give less than 1 star this «company» (if you can call them that) would get a negative score.
If you have the ability to go somewhere else DO IT! You have been warned.

I wish 0 stars were an option. My mom and I both placed an online order on September 16^th. It has been over a month. The only email my mom and I both received from the company was an invoice. We were supposed to receive another email after that. It has been over a month, neither of us have received our orders. I have tried contacting the store, I have left messages, I have sent emails to their website. There are zero people responding to anything. I want my money back since we did not receive out sweatshirts. My mom also wants her money back. I can honestly say there are a lot of parents from the school who also did not get their stuff. We have all been waiting. This is really awful. Customer service is terrible, I have yet to talk to a person. My next step is goint to the business itself.

I’m still missing an item that was ordered in July. This company does not respond to emails or calls. It took more than 2 weeks to get a response regarding my missing item with a new promise for delivery within 1 week. It is now 2 weeks beyond the new date of delivery and I still do not have my item.

I have placed an order for over 350 dollars on august the 14^th for my sons school uniforms. I received an email with an invoice number stated that I should receive another email with a shipping link soon. i have emailed this company 3 times with no one replying back to me. Called and was able to get a person on the phone to tell me when to expect my order
