We called several shops to see if they could fulfill a small batch order for a custom jacket. Some stores did not have access to the style we were looking for. Others could not produce a limited order. Another shop was not able to provide any style guidance. However these guys not only could they fulfill the order, but they were very helpful in suggesting colors, font sizes, and letter styles, and came through in a big way. They were super responsive in emailing proofs and responded to questions right away. We would absolutely use their service again!

I used EmbroidMe Catonsville to print t-​shirts for my business and I cannot be more pleased with the quality of work and the attentive, personalized customer service I received. They had a huge selection of colors and types of shirts to pick from. The owner Dan came by my store and helped me pick out a color and shirt that best represented my business. This EmbroidMe location was super easy to work with from start to finish. I highly recommend them and plan on getting more apparel printed from them in the future.

Owner wanted to charge me $ 10 more per shirt as compared to another Embroid Me shop. Obviously did not want my business. Maybe if I had more shirts? It goes against the mere thought of small business. Mom and Pop shop only wants to work with the Big Dogs. Forget the little people, like yourselves.

Super nice people to work with! We were able to get shirts for a run without any issues or hang ups. Great communication and the shirts look awesome! Highly recommend to anyone!
