First, watch watch watch the person that writes the contract for the work that AES will do. My wife and I specifically asked for several things to be done on our home improvement project and the project manager promised us that they would do them, but he either omitted them on the contract all together or he wrote in small print that we didn’t want them… The guy even prayed in our house with me and wife and then he cheated us — wow!!!
As for the work, the work was really professional and I would use the concrete guy, the french door installers and the electrician again. As for the project manager, never saw him the entire time during the project. The only time that I heard from him is if he was trying to collect one of the incremental payments that was due to the company.
Again, the work was good; however, the management sucks!!!
BTW, they are pricey too!!!
