UPDATE: 1÷20÷2016: Jorge Cruz did a great job adding an additional well duct to one window where we should have done it initially years ago with the bigger project (below). He called before arriving, was on-​time, and explained everything. He took care in his work and it was done nicely.
In 2008 this company did a great job on our full basement water proofing 7 years ago before we finished our basement in our 1950s home. The basement always smells fresh and stays dry. The crew was courteous and offered to jack up a problem area with our basement slab that was outside the scope of their project. Without me having to ask, they also absorbed the cost of some additional needed work which they had not noticed during the estimate. I’ve recommended them to others. I’ve managed dozens of major home renovation projects, and this was probably the most important one we did.

I’m not giving the company a 5 star review, but I have to give Jeff the salesman, Willy and his crew and Mike the service tech 5 stars. The installation was just finished today and I had some issues leading up to its completion, so now I’ll have to wait to see if the system works.
