I dealt with a very unprofessional employee who may have been the manager. I came into this store to return some clothes that I bought online. I admit: I had about 20 items to return but they were all unworn, tags attached, and sorted with the correct receipts. This lady at the cashier«jokingly» made comments about all the returns she had to do and even said I should get something from starbucks for all the work I just made her do. I just laughed it off but I’m just thinking«umm that’s part of your job.» Even laughable that she was saying all this in front of the new hire she was training(I overheard her say earlier that you should never made a customer feel bad about returning clothes).

My friend and I were just harassed by the staff in this store. We had tried on a few dresses, left them in the fitting room, and left without buying anything. We were standing outside the mall when an employee came up to us(along with 2 security guards) and asked us «Where are the dresses? They gone. Where they at? You took them!» They looked in our bags and, of course, did not find the dresses there. The employee then asked«where’d you stash them?» His tone the entire time was completely accusatory, like he assumed we had shoved the dresses in our bras and were going to sell them on eBay. After the security guards convinced the employee that the dresses were not, in fact, in our bags, we went back upstairs to get the employee’s name to report him. I looked in the fitting room, and saw that not only were the dresses gone, but so were the other garments that had been there when we left. Hmmmm… maybe another employee had simply put them back on the rack? Or, someone ELSE is walking around with a duffel bag stuffed with 4 stolen dresses, a stolen winter sweater, a stolen suit, and 3 stolen tops. It actually IS possible to approach someone you suspect of shoplifting in a way that is not demeaning or rude. This employee instead chose to be basically as rude, accusatory, and aggressive as possible. I will not be shopping here ever again.
