Forever 21

Place ok .some of the women was really friendly. My only issue was not enough plus size clothes. I am suprise to find jeans in a small corner but no tops. A few women that work in the store was tall or plus size women also. I wish they had a larger section for plus size.

This place has THE WORST customer service. I live in the area so I’ve been to this location a few times and it seems that every time I come the employees don’t want to do their job and its frustrating when you are coming to spend money. I went in today to exchange some online orders and saw a pair of shoes that I liked. Of course they don’t have my size and all the shoes in the boxes are mixed up so i can’t find anything. Finally, I asked a employee to check if they had my size in stock. And they seem annoyed that I even asked them for anything. She looks in the accessory depart, looking through the same crap I already looked through and says I guess we are out of stock. So I asked for her to check other stores and she did, but claimed the store had her on hold. So I waited for about 30 minutes and supposedly no one ever got back to me. Finally I said forget and it and left… When I left I called the store myself and got someone to help me in two seconds. –_​_​_​_​– To be honest I doubt they even called. The clothes there are your regular forever 21 stuff, just don’t expect help when you go into this location.

Someone just shoot me! I’ve been in line for more than 15 mins, lots of free people, only one cashier and she’s a talker. Looked for another register on the first floor but apparently there is only one cashier for both floors. Slowest moving people ever!

Semi medium sized store with a large selection for the little people, but not so much for us plus size folks. That is not such a big deal to me as much as it sucked that the customer service people were a bit aloof and bitchy. 3 of the girls that worked there didn’t seem to pleased to be at work on a sunny Sunday afternoon. I can’t say I blame them… but their attitude reflected through their interaction with the customers. I hope I don’t cross them on another one of their bad days.

Nice big store with lots of inexpensive clothes. So when you find yourself dress shopping on vacation, you can find something that suits you for the right price.
I found a really pretty flowing dress that looked killer with my cowgirl boots. I had to just put it on that night for dinner on the town.

I love how all the new stores ar 2 floors. They have also added so many new clothes! Although I feel that the plus size department should be bigger and filled with as much things as the web, I really enjoy this store.

This store is two stories– I don’t know how Forever 21 became so popular. They took over Cosmopolitans and Runway 7s without much effort. But Forever 21 is decent quality for the price– When do we ever want to wear clothes for very long anyways? We want different outfits and change up our styles all the time. I like this store though– it’s not as overwhelming as some of the other Forever 21s. They have a DJ spinning it up too. I was tempted to stop shopping and start dancing.
