I paid $ 300 for a one-​way trip for a bachelorette party I was attending. Our driver showed up a half hour late and only after the Maid of Honor who set up the trip called the company to find out what was going on. They spent the next 30 minutes trying to get a hold of the driver. Finally after 30 minutes they told us he’d be about another 10 minutes. The person at the company advised the Maid of Honor to call on Monday to work something out. We got in the limo and it was incredibly hot and continued to blow hot air. Our driver pulled over onto the side of the road and got out more than once to pop the hood and trunk to try to fix the problem. After about 10 minutes we finally had cool air. We also discovered on our ride that the radio was broken and had to use our cell phones to play any sort of music. When the Maid of Honor called on Monday to discuss a refund, they told her they would only give us $ 30 back and was told she was lucky to even get the ride on a Saturday because it’s their busiest day. Never ever use this company if you are looking for top notch service.
