I hate writing negative reviews, but what a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I had been communicating via email and phone with this company to secure a large rental order and started getting radio silence — I would call the company and get a «this voice mailbox is full» (sketch, much?) and emails would go unreturned. When I finally got ahold of someone again, I was told that they were no longer available for the date they had previously quoted me – and although all my multiple emails saying «YES, let’s book — how do I do so?» and despite multiple phone messages left, they couldn’t do anything. Left me *very* high and dry TWO WEEKS before an event.
Be careful with this outfit — you get what you pay for, and in this case, even less.
