Rental prices are OK but their fees are excessive. On a delivery to center city Philadelphia the delivery charge was $ 135.00 plus they charged an additional $ 50.00 to deliver indoors. To top it off they did not verify all the pieces were there and caused havoc at the event. More interested in their profits than servicing the customer. Had to make five phone calls to get any type of resolution. Best to find someone in the city.

The furniture that my organization rented from A to Z party rental is what made my event such a success. As soon as anyone walked into the room, they commented on how awesome the furniture was. Their online catalog was easy to browse and shop from and their customer service was amazing! Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

My company held a large event at the office and we rented staging and other equipment from A to Z. The experience was awesome from start to finish! Customer service was great and the delivery guys were fast, professional and courteous. We will definitely use A to Z for any future needs.

A great deal of event planning is involved with the corporate space which I manage. We opened in mid-June of 09 and have hosted a variety of hospitality events, from our grand opening, to industry networking events and educative CEU’s, as well as a holiday party. With all eyes on me, and hundreds of opions/expectations to exceed, it is imperative that everything flow perfectly. With A-Z Party Rental, I have been able to check the done box off my to-do list of worries. The staff is knowledgeable, kind and courteous. The deliveries and pick ups are always on time. The rental selection and items are top notch. I look forward to doing business with your company in 2010!

Part of my job is to throw events, and I enjoy this part very much. What I don’t necessarily enjoy is the stress that comes with planning these parties, but thankfully I have A To Z Party Rental to help me out with that, especially since my Xanax prescription ran out. I’ve rented from them on a couple of different occasions, most recently for the big Unilocal Sideshow Adventure party. One call took care of everything I needed, from tables and chairs to linens and coat racks. They even have coat hangers you can rent! They drop off when they say they will and pick up the next day with no hassle. And the staff is courteous and efficient. I may not have a staff, or an assistant, or even a helper monkey, but I do have A To Z programmed in my phone now. How else do you think I’m going to keep pulling these awesome parties off?
