I have to say, what I like most about this place is that during Shark Week, they have a Shark Week Specialty Ice Cream. I go each year to get it. The other ice cream options are also good. Its fun for kids to watch them mix everything up right in front of them when adding the toppings.

I had an ice cream craving. The ice cream was good but the line was long and I think that’s what the workers used as an excuse to move even slower. If you have a craving for ice cream and waiting in line come here lol

This is your typical Cold Stone chain that serves up wonderful ice cream. There really is nothing to complain about as the place remains clean and the servers are friendly. The ice cream is what it should be and have no problems coming back again.

Poorly run. The door said it opened at 12pm. It was 12:10pm and doors were locked. I could see employees inside but no one came to address me. Guess they don’t need the business.

It’s over priced Ice Cream… good flavor and add your own taste but its still over priced Ice Cream… so 3 stars it is.

Awesome Ice cream, wonderful staff. They need to add more flavors. It will be really nice if they can have more space to sit and eat ice cream in the shop

Ice cream… delish! Service… ok. Nothing to brag about unfortunately how most chains become.

Had not had coldstones in years and I was craving it yesterday. Customer service wise they could be a little better. They greeted someone who came after me even though it was obvious that I was in line before them. but the ice cream was delicious. it fed my craving!

If you’re looking for an unique or original flavor for your ice cream… Cold Stone is the place. The service is friendly and watching your creation is always fun. Tipping gets you a thank you song. I’ve been to this location a few times now and it has always been clean, friendly, and fairly fast. Really no qualms for the great product that they put out.

After addressing concerns with the owner from my previous review and hiring of new staff the issue has been remedy. Best ice Cream Parlor you will find in Canton

I think this Cold Stone joint is occasionally short staffed. Sometimes the person working there is nice, and sometimes the opposite is true too. I’ve always believed that Cold Stone is overpriced, which is why I came in several times with the current Groupon deal for this location(it’s been going on for a few weeks already and is still available). So a few things to note. The sundaes are mediocre at best. You can definitely make those yourself and it’ll be cheaper and taste better. The frozen yogurts aren’t frozen. Sometimes, neither are the specialty ice creams. The waffles taste stale. I think my favorite by default are the shakes, and it’s because the ice creams that I’ve gotten, as I’ve previously mentioned, aren’t very solid and melt easily.

I ordered a 6″ cake(red velvet with lots of different toppings) from here for my boyfriend’s birthday, twice. For the first cake, the ordering process was great. I filled in my order online and then they called me immediately to confirm my order. They did not have the flavor ice cream I wanted(chocolate malt) so I substituted with oreo cream. I picked up the cake, it looked great and tasted great, but my boyfriend and I both felt sick after eating it. I spoke to the manager and he told me they never had a problem and was surprised that it happened. He was very sympathetic and gave me a refund. Because the employees from this store were so pleasant, I tried ordering a cake a second time. Again, they did not have chocolate malt, however one of the girls from the store decided to mix up her own batch of chocolate malt and called me back instantly to see if I wanted to try it. It turned out fabulous. The cake looked amazing, it tasted great, and I think my boyfriend was very happy for the rest of the week.

Staff sucks! I walked out and the owner was in the parking lot and ask if there was a problem. I can’t believe only one person working the counter with 8 people waiting in line. He did offer to handle the line but only after I walk out? Gave me 10% off my order

i love ice cream, but wont be coming back here. The ice cream was soft, somewhat melted. I got a «like it size», sweet cream and strawberry and mixed in cookie dough and strawberry, the total came to almost $ 6! I think better to go to the safeway behind the store and get a pint of ben and jerrys. there were only two strawberries left in the the bin to mix in and they were a bit old and soggy. perhaps what completely turned me away was the lady working coughed several times all over my ice cream. hard to eat after that.

It’s a Cold Stone Creamery. It has the cold stone, the annoying singing kids, the familiar smell of stale milk and teen angst, and it has the ice cream and mix-ins. No surprises. What could make it more annoying? How about the dumb names they’ve given to the various product sizes… like it, love it, and gotta have it? Whatever happened to small, medium and large. Anyway, the ice cream’s pretty good, the selection of toppings is decent and I can walk to it. Boom.

Cold Stone on Boston Street, I had you pretty much exactly one week ago and I just couldn’t wait to pop your Unilocal Cherry. Um… that’s all you got? I can get past the annoying singing(shouting) in unison, I’m familiar with that. I don’t know WHY Cold Stone thinks it’s a good idea to be obnoxious when there are customers around, but hey, it hasn’t stopped anyone from buying ice cream before, so whatever. There was clearly some kind of fundraising event going on; there were tables set up outside with balloons and people wearing the same t-shirts, and they were blasting music inside. Outside. Inside. I don’t even know anymore. I could barely hear the kids behind the counter, which is kinda good because that meant I couldn’t hear the girl explaining what the hell was going on, even if I knew what was going on. Seriously. I’m neither blind nor stupid; I can SEE that you’re having a fundraiser in the form of a tip competition(see: two tip jars, one for each team). When something is made so painfully obvious, you don’t need to tell me what’s happening. I really don’t like being asked for money. Really. I don’t. Oh, right, ice cream. Again, that’s all you got? I’ve never seen such an underwhelming list of menu items before. Where are the rest of the goods? You know, the delicious things listed on the website? Are you the red-headed bastard child of the Cold Stone family?
