It’s nice to have a kosher dunkin donuts available. The donuts themselves are actually really good, and they have plenty of flavors available to try which is a nice considering most other bakeries have the standard ones. My main gripe is with the coffee. As a Starbucks fan I’m used to a certain level of quality. This coffee? It just doesn’t have any real taste, I would actually prefer instant coffee to it. It’s not a bad place by any stretch, but it doesn’t quite have that«donut and coffee shop»

Customer service is lacking, but food is great. Make sure you know what you want to order before hand and if they make a mistake don’t expect a smile. Good prices.

Just left there… owner/manager is rude and nasty. Had similar experience with the yelling as others noted. With all the DD“S in the area, don’t know why anyone would EVER go back a second time.

I don’t know how there aren’t dozens of reviews for this place, considering that every time I come I witness a problem with the employees. Were there more than one so far, I’m sure the rating would be a little lower. First, what food is available is fine. No problem there. The restaurant itself is probably clean & orderly, although they do seem to have items out of stock frequently at various times of day. And for my friends & family who keep kosher & have very limited choices for where they can grab food, its a godsend! BUT then there’s the negative. Everytime I go, this man — whom I can only hope is the owner! — is either yelling at me or yelling at another customer. And I don’t mean speaking loudly, I mean he’s chastising a customer over some minor issue & generally just being a big fat jerk. At work.(that rhymes!) Thing is, his accent is so amazingly thick that I can only catch about 5 to 10% of what he’s even ranting about. And just to give you some background, it just so happens that working with foreign language is what I do. So if I struggle to understand him… The last time that I was in there(tonight) he screamed at my mother as she tried to use her DD smartphone app. Sure she’s up there in age but even she wasn’t taking too long to figure it out. Then she had to go back to her car to get her wallet. How do you think Mr. Congeniality reacted to that? Well he yelled unintelligibly for a full minute. And guess what? We were the only two customers in there. There was no line! This was the 1st time I was able to order most of what I had wanted without running into a «sorry we are out of that» situation in my past 6 to 7 visits over the past 2 years. So …I don’t know if they have improved that problem or if it was just a fluke. One last thing: I tried to ask the man behind the counter whether they had any drinks similar to the Oreo Coolata(or whatever its called) but without the coffee in them. His response? I have no idea. No idea what he said. But it was abrasive.

This is by far my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts. It is a kosher facility which helps to make all the difference in the world in the flavor of the donuts and for the better. The donuts not only taste better the donuts from other locations that do not serve kosher donuts cannot compare. Since the location is kosher and serves dairy products they offer vegetarian options for sausage and chicken products. The vegetarian meat products are delicious and I wish all Dunkin’ Donuts would serve them. I am giving the location 4 stars and not 5 only because the service isn’t always the best.
