Dunkin’ Donuts

Only four stars because the management loves me, but the other associates need to learn from there upper management.
For those who also live and work in this area please do not judge those when making purchases and enjoying your Dunkin order.
I just like coming to see my regulars.
My food is always hot or cold. Today I had the Oreo coolata it was on point. Yum

This location is an EPIC FAIL!!! They consistent get items wrong. There were two people at the registers competing to give crappy service as usual. The first young lady asks to help me. Then the other young lady butts in to ring me up. I say I want a number 14. The first lady asks me would I like a coffee to which I responded no. The register girl asks me chicken or tuna. I always get chicken and this time was no different. I also purchased two extra croissants. My order is prepared and I notice my salad is not chicken. The preparer confirmed it was tuna. I checked my receipt and learned the worker put in tuna not chicken. I then noticed I didn’t have hash browns. I told the worker I asked for a number 14. She told me I didn’t specify the meal! She had the nerve to tell me people usually order the meal. Excuse me miss but that is your job to specify. Wrong food item, no hash brown and no drink!!! Again, EPIC FAIL!!!

Worst Dunkin Donuts I’vs been too! I love a good breakfast sandwich and in my opinion I think Dunkin Donuts does them very well. I park my vehicle to get on the train and think to stop to Dunkin Donuts to grab a quick bite. There was about 4 to 5 people ahead of me. No biggie, it’s 10am so that’s expected. What I didn’t expect was such poor service. The cashier had a very thick accent and seemed upset when a customer asked her to repeat herself. She did not look inviting or enthusiastic about being there. She also kept yelling over to the manager (whom was interviewing someone) across the store to come help her get the line down. Next to me a lady who already ordered was watching the cook make her bagel which he was clearly messing up. She told him the errors in her order and what she ordered. Long story short, he put the wrong flavor of cream cheese on her bagel. Instead of him getting a new bagel, he proceeds to try to wipe the cream cheese off of the bagel and put the correct flavor on the same used bagel. Eww! The lady saw him and said «no! I need my money back. I don’t trust him making my food!» I guess the manager heard because she came to issue the refund. Mind you, I haven’t been served yet. The manager went and talked to the cook. They had conversation I couldn’t hear. As I was next in line the cook came to the manager to ask her something and she gave him tons of attitude and said «you’re getting on my last nerve!!» About 12 minutes later I finally got service and instead of my sandwich I just got a donut. I didn’t have time to wait for one anymore and secondly I didn’t trust what the line cook was doing. He seemed to be struggling with the expo printer. I totally understand when it’s busy or morning… I’m in food service. But the line is long simply because of incompetent or maybe lazy employees moving without a sense of urgency. I still love Dunkin Donuts breakfast so I will just stick to the Downtown Baltimore location! I can give two stars because my donut was super fresh and the store was very clean. Other than that… not too much to brag about.

They are located in the second level of Mondawmin Mall by the bus and subway station and i only come here for connivence, but the cashiers and cooks aren’t that friendly and today i wasn’t even rung up for what i ordered. I asked for a number 9 without meat and i paid for a number 4 without meat. It didn’t dawn on me until i bit into the sandwich, but their customer service skills need addressing. This is not the Dunkin Donuts i grew up loving. Because of the location ladies i would guard your purses or not even bring them inside. Today there weren’t that many people inside, but there is a usual group of regulars that hand around and chat.
