Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had a good experience with this Enterprise. The customer service was great. The representative helped us out and told us that we qualify for a few extra rental days. They didn’t try to push the extra’s too much. I reserved online and picked a car up. It took about 10 minutes from getting there to driving off the lot. They had 3 or 4 cars in our bracket to choose from which was nice. My only complaint is that the car smelled like stale cigarettes that someone tried to clean up with playdoh. It made me nauseated every time I got in. But they gave me a free upgrade on our next rental for the smell, so there’s that.

I have used Enterprise for some time and was very surprised to encounter a very rude and dismissive young fellow behind the counter. I am hopeful he is the exception.

I have had the best car rental experience with Enterprise. They have the best fleet of cars and very well maintained too. I have rented cars from multiple companies but Enterprise provides the best customer service of all.

My insurance company chose Enterprise as my rental company when I needed a replacement vehicle. Dealing with your car being broken into and the ignition being popped isn’t an ideal situation, but the customer service at this location made it so much better.
Initially, Alexis handled the rental with me, allowing me to go pick out a car that the teen would find «cool» and convinced me that a mustang would do that. I drove away, and the tire pressure was low, so I turned around, and they promptly filled it and was on the way. The next morning, the tire pressure was low again, so I filled it and called Enterprise, where Alexis told me to bring it back and see what else she can get me in. She was super apologetic for the situation and the fact the selection wasn’t as great as the day before. Not a problem, since I decided I wasn’t cool enough to drive the sports car anyways and opted to stick with an SUV. She was absolutely a doll, and her customer service was top notch.
When I returned the car, the transaction was seamless, from me pulling in, to the wonderful service I got. The gentleman who helped me (sorry I forgot your name, I swear it’s not because you weren’t wonderful, I’m just forgetful) was friendly and even apologetic about the hold fee not going onto my card right away, but I assured him I knew it was the bank and not them. They had someone waiting to take me home and she was pleasant and I enjoyed talking to her about her grandkids.
From the initial interaction to the end, even the phone calls in between to let me know when the rental was ending was amazing and friendly. If we rent a car again, even to just go on a road trip, I will be back to this location for sure!

Beware — although I told the rep I would be returning the car after 5, she did not emphasize that the location closed at 6:00 p.m. My bad too — I should have looked more closely at the contract. I got caught in traffic (accident on the highway), and arrived moments after 6:00. They were closed.
I had a spirited conversation with a CSR who said the only solution was to drive to BWI. So, I had to take the car to BWI, incurring a $ 50 cab ride from BWI to Baltimore Penn Station. Missed my original train and my rescheduled train. Eventually I made it home.
Enterprise is typically one of the better rent-​an-​car services, but this experience left me cold. Our company gives us a choice between Enterprise and National, and this experience was so frustrating that I’ll choose National whenever it is available.

Excellent service and they have Sunday hours! I’ve rented a car twice this summer and customer service has been great. Cars are clean and they’ll even show you the cars if you’re unsure of what type to rent. I highly recommend this Enterprise location.

This team is very helpful and understand how far good customer service can go. I have not had an issue with this branch at any time. Any issues that I have seen are on the, or extend from the manner in which the corporate entity has arranged policies. Thanks for the love

Jill was a pleasure to work with. She did some leg worth with the other person’s insurance and made sure my rental was paid for in full, including daily insurance. I’m glad I did business with these folks and will go to them again.

Weekend Hours are actually Sat 8 – 2, Sun 10 – 2. Hope Unilocal can update that. Our rental experience was easy and pleasant with a Toyota Corolla Eco under $ 30/​day.

I restrain my self to leave bad review on Unilocal.However, I just had to speak up about the worst service ever by the management and the employees. This branch used to employ excellent employees. I had been renting the car from here since 2010 and the previous employees had known me so well that I had never. NEVER purchased their insurance. Never had any problem until beginning this year (new manager, named Derek. perhaps). First happened couple months ago. On Friday, I tried my luck to rent weekend special $ 9.99 and my reservation was confirmed by email. I got off from work, caught the bus, walked 0,5 mile from the bus stop to this office, but when I got there… booom! no car was available to me! I showed the manager/​supervisor (guess the name was Derek) the email confirmation. He just stood there with his blank face and explained there was nothing he could do since they were out of cars. I was pissed because my plan for the weekend had been ruined. So I ran back to bus stop, took #8 bus to Enterprise in Towson, and by grace of God, I got the car. (I highly recommend this branch).
Alright, few months had passed, I decided to give them another try. I reserved my car from a week ago, received the email confirmation so off I went this morning. The day was cold and raining, but still I caught the bus and walked 0,5 mile to this place. When I got there, this particular employee checked my reservation on the computer then went over to Derek’s table to ask about something. When he came back to me, he asked my proof of insurance which found out later, our insurance had been cancelled since we had sold the car. I told him, look man, I have been renting car from here for almost 5 years. Not ONCE, I had purchased their insurance and something happened, it would be covered by my credit card. But they refused to rent me the car and insisted that I had to purchase the insurance or no car at all.
I was like. fine, picked up my my belongings and walked out in raining cold weather… mad as hell, because my weekend plan had been ruined. again!
I have made it my mission that I will share this worst car renting experience from this Sisson street branch as far and wide as possible online and mouth to mouth to friends, family, acquaintance, heck even strangers.
I don’t give a damn about their weekend special anymore. I would just get out of my way to catch light rail to BWI and give business to those rental car companies there. No hassle, no headache and certainly no heartache.

one word describes my experience at this enterprise location: OUTSTANDING. I reserved a car online on Thursday then went to pick it up on Sunday morning. I was in and out of their office in about 15 minutes. I believe the agent who worked with me was named Brandon. I truly appreciate his service. He was helpful in the few questions I had and most importantly, he did not pressure me to buy their insurance. I do not own a car, therefore I do not have car insurance but since I only got my license this year and am not an experienced driver, I decided to buy their insurance just to be on the safe side (my Visa credit card covers car damage so I didn’t need to buy that). The decision was up to me and he explained what each covers. I was given a Hyundai elantra and it drove very well. My ONLY complaint was that it only had a ¼ tank of gas and the trunk was dirty so I just threw my stuff in the back seat. I returned the car the next day without a problem. The girl checked the car and everything was great. I received my deposit back via credit card. Since I returned the car at 12pm and my bus back to NY didn’t leave until 1:45, they allowed me to hang out in the waiting area for an hour or so then an agent dropped me off at my bus stop. I always hear horror stories about car rentals and I’ve seen first hand the scams and dishonesty that goes on so I was very hesitant. Whenever I find myself back in Baltimore, I will definitely be renting from Enterprise on Sisson Street. Fantastic and efficient service in the way they treated me and the other customers that were there. Just make sure the cars are fully cleaned on the inside as they are on the outside!

I spoke with Anthony after my accident, demeanor and supportive nature made the rental part of my adventure much ess painful. They handled the entire transaction with care and professionalism. They are in an off beat area but I felt entirely safe and will go there again for any rental needs I have. great job !!!

I usually rent cars from BWI airport but I heard good things about this place from my friends plus it is conveniently located close to my house so I decided to give it a try. Reserved my car online (there is a weekend special $ 10/​day btw). When I went to pick up the car, the agent tried to sell me all kinds of additional stuff which is pretty typical for a car rental company. However, when I declined their insurance saying that I have my own car insurance and coverage through my credit card, I was given the most ridiculous explanation that only one type of AMEX cards has enough coverage. I was in a hurry so I didn’t argue back. Came back the next day to talk with a supervisor, she didn’t give me a good explanation and surprise surprise the only cars they had for rent were 2 mini-​vans ! I understand that Baltimore is a rough city and there is a higher risk of getting the car damaged however trying to sell me extra stuff with not very accurate reasons was not what I expected.

Super proffesional and helpful! My car broke down Friday afternoon and they had a car available for the whole weekend for only $ 60! Super cheap and convenient. Only downfall is there location is in a kinda sketch area. I would definitely come back here for another rental!

They were very professional and thorough. They offered to pick me up to get the car and drove me home after I returned the car. Highly recommend them. Very nice experience very nice people.
