Putting things in storage is not one of my favorite things to do. I can never find my unit and I get creeped out being in that big building by myself. I think we’re going to have to get a unit that is closer to the door so I can go in and out a lot easier. The fact that you have access from 6am-10pm is nice but I’m not going in that place after dark no thank you.

I reserved a unit at the Internet rate(which is slightly lower than the rate offered in store) on Thursday night. The confirmation states that the office will give you a call to confirm the reservation the next business day. Friday I received a call from Eric to confirm my online reservation. He was very pleasant and professional over the phone. I arranged to come in on Saturday to see the unit and fill out paperwork. Saturday I received another call from Eric to confirm that coming in that day would still be convenient for me. While in route to the facility I received another call from Eric(by this time I’m saying«chill out with the calls buddy») but because I was close to the facility I did not answer. I arrived to a very well maintained office. I was greeted by Eric who was assisting another customer. After finishing with that customer Eric assisted me. I told him who I was and he said jokingly«I knew you were going to come just when I was about to go to lunch, I tried calling you, to let you know I was about to go to much so that you would come and miss me»… OOPS maybe I should have answered that phone call lol. I told him that I could return later and that I didn’t want to hold him up from his lunch break but he insisted on getting me taken care of. I was escorted to the storage facility Eric showed me how I would use a code to get into the gate, the same code was needed for use of the elevators. The storage facility was very clean. I was shown my actual unit which was in excellent condition. After my approval of the unit we went back to the office, filled out the paperwork(electronically) and I was done. In and out in less than 20 mins and it didn’t feel rushed. I was highly impressed by the cleanliness of the facility, the security measures that are in place to secure your property, and Eric’s customer service. Not too many people(including me) are willing to push back their lunch break to assist a customer and he was the only employee on site that day, impressive. Customer service at its finest.
