I had a very good experience at this Public storage. Syreeta was very helpful and friendly. She made sure that I was happy and satisfied with the service i received. She got me a very good deal and worked with me to make sure that I was 100% happy.

Do not store your stuff here! Let me start by saying public storage as a whole completely sucks as place to store your belongings. They start of with a perfectly reasonable amount for your space rent, then after about 9 months they raise it and that will continue every 9 months to a year that your belongings are stored there. In addition to that you will keep receiving «notices» of «new nation wide fees and charges that can not be avoided».
Now about the Shannon Dr location in particular. The people who are hired to run the place are never in the office to answer the phone, are slow to return your call if at all, and must be train to treat the stuff stored there like a hostage even if your bill is paid! For example they refused my husband access even though his name is on the contact as a user and his credit card pays the bill because my name is the on one the lease! Then what’s the point of listing him as a user and further more when I signed the agreement there was no place to add him as part lease holder!
Public storage as a company is a racket and that particular location is as bootleg a you can get! A word of advice before going to that location there is a storage company directly next to there Clifton something or other I can’t remember the full name, any how go there! Beware of public storage!!!
