I’ve visited here twice and the sales girl(with the large hat the size of a giant tortilla, portly figure, long hair extensions/weave, generous amount of concealer) is consistently rude. She has never greeted me(yesterday was no different) and yet enthusiastically greeted the people who came in behind me 5 minutes later. Whenever she works there, she’s had an attitude problem and has avoided any conversation even when I’m across the accessories table from her. I helped myself to a dressing room, since I was not getting any customer service. On a Black Friday, you might reassess your staff. Maybe the manager should reconsider their choice of customer service personnel more broadly. I was at Michael Kors a couple of stores over and the shop attendants were salivating all over me like joyful terriers. I’d prefer this to stony indifference like this girl. The extremes are stark here. The clothes are colorful but flimsy and generally some combination of nylon, polyester, rayon, or other test tube synthesis. The jewelry is a factory bonanza of plastic trinketery. I’d rather take my business elsewhere, thanks.

Picked up some cupcake notecards, a book that asks your parent about their childhood and some other cute, unique gifts. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Definitely a place to pick up an interesting gift or a little something for yourself.
