Professional service is outstanding. However, the administrative service of the business is subpar. Arrived 10 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment and waited 45 minutes — and still wasn’t called back. Needless to stay, I left and will not be returning. Oh, did I mention, this wasn’t the first, second or third time I’ve had this experience. The office needs a facelift — very dated. I’ll miss Dr. Gaston — he’s GREAT and the one of the best in his field! But, time is MONEY and service is KING!

Nothing fancy about this place trust me. But, I had to add one more star for Dr. Gaston’s laugh and the awesomeness of the chemical peel product along with the medication he prescribes works wonders. Word to the wise bring your patience when you come because you never know how long the wait will be.

His office is EXTREMELYCROWDED and dirty! No literature or tv to occupy your wait time. The receptionist area looked like my storage bin… Loose papers, folders, trash. etc stacked all over. Hell, even on the desk. On that note, the receptionist had on street clothes! Nope, it wasn’t casual Friday. Finally, they call my name. Walking down the hallway to the exam room was scary. Felt like being in a morgue. Dim lighting… just scary. Ok guys… THEEXAMROOM eeeeekkkk! No pics, no air(it’s summer) no supplies, no sink, a big ass standing fan(wtf), two dirty chairs(with stains). The doc comes in and I (inadvertently) give this WHOTHEFUCKAREYOU? look. He has on street clothes, natural kinky hair standing all over his head… UNPROFESSIONALLLLLLLL! Quick consult(10 mins) and I’m out the door. WHERE“S MYCARRRRR! Don’t look back… lol
