Came for an appointment the day before, but had to reschedule because my appt was 11:15 and by 12 noon l still had another 45 minute wait, which was frustrating and unacceptable to say the least. The receptionist was pleasant and asked if l could come back tomorrow at 9. I asked would I have another long wait like today and she said no, l would be in and out. Luckily l was available and had my fingers, toes and eyes crossed as I made the appt. The next morning l was at the office a few minutes before my appt and as promised l was seen on time. I was directed to an exam room and waited around 5 minutes as Dr. Pass finished up with another patient. She came in and introduced herself. She proceeded to go through the information l provided and reviewed my past records with her(hadn’t been here in a while!). She asked me what my issues were, l told her and she proceeded to exam my face and gave her prognosis. She gave me free samples of medication to try and suggested a skin regimen consisting of face wash, toner and moisturizer that she sold in office, which retailed for $ 106. She gave me thorough instructions on how to apply everything and wanted to see me in a month for follow up. Well, as I spend money on careless items, l thought why not invest in getting my skin back on track, so I chucked over the $ 106(not including my $ 35 co-pay). I will provide another review with my followup results. The office was located adjacent to St. Agnes Hospital at the Pine Heights Medical Center. She also has an office at Howard County Medical Center. Parking was on site and free. Contact the office for a list of what insurance she accepts. BEWARNED: She has been in practice for over 40 years and has a very LOYAL patient base, so don’t be put off by the family atmosphere of the office staff’s interactions with the patients. Also, try to make your appt early in the morning to avoid the wait. All in all my 9am appt the next day and the professionalism of Dr. Pass was redemption and warranted this 4 star rating as it would have been a 1 star(only because l could not leave no star) if l was not able to see her as l had a confirmed appt time the day before.

Staff was rude and repeatedly told me it would be «just a couple of minutes» for an hour, while they all hugged and excitedly chatted with another patient whom they apparently knew. When I mentioned the wait and the repeated false promises Dr. Pass brushed it off. Although I’d made an appointment to have two skin growths removed she only removed one, stating that she’d only get paid for one if she did both at that appointment. I wish the office person who made my appointment had mentioned that. Dr. Pass urged me to make a second appointment. No thanks.

I made an appointment with Dr. Pass because she was close to where I live in Ellicott City. When I went to the office for my appointment, however, it turned out that they were renovating that office and didn’t tell me that I’d be seen in the Baltimore office. That was really a pain and I think that if doctors have two offices they should say where you’re appointment is going to be. But once I got there, Dr. Pass saw me quickly. She barely let me finish talking before she diagnosed me and gave me a prescription. She also recommended numerous products to buy, which cost me about $ 150. As much as I didn’t want to spend that much money I did and the products have worked well, so I guess it was worth it!
