That’s it… After living here 2.5 years, I’ve found my hairstylist.
My hair loves Shaina and her scissors. Girl can give a precise cut. And she can have you in and out of there in a timely manner. My number one pet peeve about a salon is when stylist double and triple book a client. Not at Geometrics. They do it one client at a time. The atmosphere is always friendly and the music is always fun.
I’m considering color the next time I get a cut because I haven’t seen one person in there with bad color.
Great spot and wonderful stylists.

I am new to the area. Finding a good stylist is more important than finding good takeout, a new dentist or a decent market. I found one! Emily cut and colored my short, fine, (curly) hair precisely as I expected her to, and I have very high expectations. She was meticulous with her techniques and patient with my anxious rantings. I am loving living in Baltimore, and now I can truly settle in. Thanks, Emily!

Shaina is great! I went to her today, for the first time, and cut off almost 8 inches of hair. She gave me a great pixie cut and took her time to ensure I was satisfied with the end result.
The salon had a very laid back feel. I will definitely go back to see Shaina.

I’ve been going to Shaina for almost a year now and Geometrics since I moved to Baltimore in 2007.
About Geometrics: Super-​cute atmosphere and décor, always-​friendly staff, fun music to listen to and very clean! They’ve recently undergone a change in management and it’s a positive change.
About Shaina: I trust her and ONLY her with my hair/​color. I went from natural light blonde to dark espresso brunette last year and it looked amazing. Now she’s in the process of taking me back to blonde (gently, because I have fine hair) and I ALWAYS get compliments whenever I get my hair done.
I think what says it all is that I moved to DC this past month and Shaina is definitely worth the trip back up to Charm City!

Geometrics is awesome. The owner Alicia is very friendly but not too chatty. I have had my hair done by her and some of the other stylists in the salon and always liked it. The first time I went there she suggested a new hair style and everybody loved it. Even my husband noticed :) and was complimenting me for days.
They also just introduced spa manicure and pedicure. I have never been big on salon pedicure but they have me hooked. I can’t stop going there. For $ 30 it’s a steal, includes a massage and paraffin treatment. Plus you are treated to a view of the O’Donnell square out of their third story window while getting your nails done. I wish I would have known about Geometrics earlier.
