I’m typically not the person to review a business but this jiffy lube went above and beyond my normal expectations. I needed my brakes serviced and their assistant manager Matt helped ease me through the process. He called me each time he had an update and walked me through each step when I was in store. Highly recommend going here for any type of auto service.

I was in and out with my oil changed in only 10 minutes. They were nice and professional. This is a much better experience than your standard jiffy lube. Highly recommended.

I went to the center for an oil change and was very impressed with the customer service. The staff was very polite and was glad to explain the very details, while leaving the final decision for a customer to make. I was buying the full synthetic oil. When they started filling it from a pump, they realized they were running out of it. Instead of filling the oil tank with the left-​overs, they used the bottled oil, which was of higher grade and more expensive brand. They didn’t charge me extra for it. I was happy with quick and polite service and the cost.

As far as speed, these guys get 5 stars. I think I was there for a grand total of 10 minutes. I still think $ 55 is a little pricey for the synthetic oil change. but luckily I had a coupon. I think I’ll shop around the neighborhood to try other places, but these guys definitely weren’t pushy about getting anything done to my car, so yay!

I typically dread taking my car to get serviced because it is inevitable that I will be told I «have to» have several additional things done to my car, and I typically wait for over an hour while my car is worked on. Not here. I took my car for an oil change last weekend and was asked what I wanted done. When I told them that I just needed an oil change, that was it. There was no pushiness at all, which was extremely refreshing. After we reviewed the service I would be receiving, I waited for about 20 minutes max before my car was serviced and ready to go. Quick, efficient and very friendly staff — I will definitely be back!

Oh shet, my engine light is on! I checked my oil and it seemed low but my oil change from Jiffy Lube was fairly recent. I called to find out if I could stop at the Merritt Blvd location because it was much closer than my last visiting JL location. I arrived and the guys were all nice and friendly. They checked my oil and I obvious had more than I thought. Humph, see how much I know about cars, I checked myself, LOL!!! I was offered the option to have my engine light checked for $ 10 so I figured, why not. Turns out, it was my gas cap. The darn thing was too loose. Problem solved. I also received a free top off of oil since I was within the mileage before my next scheduled change. NICE!!!

I’ve been taking my car to this Jiffy lube for 5 years. The assistant manager Jason always takes care of me, isn’t pushy with the addons, and is polite as can be.
I appreciate the service level they provide at this Jiffy Lube.

Everyone at this location is always extremely friendly and my car is always done quickly. They always let me know if something else needs to be done and ask before fixing/​replacing. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for great service!

I went to get my oil changed last night and at 5:30pm, they had me in and out of there in about 15 mins. The staff was really polite and not pushy about the additional services. I just got a tune up in August so I knew that I didn’t likely need anything else other than the oil change. Which the owner (who apparently is the youngest franchise owner) confirmed. It was a bit further than going to the ones in the city but I’ve heard not great things, so I will definitely be returning when I hit my next 3,000.

I just went to this Jiffy Lube today and I was very impressed. The whole process took 10 minutes (from getting out of my car to getting back in) and the service was great. The customer service representative was excellent, extremely friendly and very professional. It’s definitely the best Jiffy Lube I’ve been to and I would 100% recommend this place if you live in East Baltimore/​Dundalk.
