My sandwich was in my hand before I was done paying. The sandwich was delicious.

fast you gotta be fast –_– I went here for a quick dinner since I didn’t feel like cooking. I ordered the #1 pepe with chips. I have to say the cashier was very inattentive, I asked her what comes on the sandwich and she said the toppings really quickly as if there was a line behind me and it wasn’t. She was too busy talking to the guys behind her, yeah I get it, you want to talk to them but don’t ignore your customer! She didn’t asked me if I wanted additional toppings which was weird. I had to hurry up and tell her what I wanted before they finished making my sandwich. I mean I get it Jimmy Johns is fast but dang can I tell you what I want on my sandwich first . Any who the sandwich itself was pretty good except for the hard bread but I had better from here. I will come here again since it’s 3 blocks away.

It’s sub shop! Tasty tuna — lots of onion so beware if you don’t like onion! Roll decent fresh sub roll. Service fast, lukewarm but not rude. If I waved a sub I’d go again. Overall better than Subway, but nothing spectacular.

Freakishly fast. Freakishly good and better than a $ 15 sandwich at the Hyatt! Nice location

This is the second time Im visiting the jimmy johns location at the inner harbor on Pratt st in Baltimore, MD and I did not have a good experience. The first time I visited, the sandwich didn’t contain any fresh items. Now today the food is still not fresh. I have absolutely nothing on my sandwich and had to go back to ask for onions. They charge you 80 cents for cheese and it’s absolutely no meat on your sandwich. When you take the time out to spend your hard earned money you want to make sure it’s worthwhile. I got absolutely NOTHING for almost $ 8! I am utterly dissatisfied. Please do not patronage this business and waste your money. I beg of you.

This place is a life saver for con goers! Any time I’m at the convention center this is my go to place for a cheap and fast meal. Convenient location, fast service and they know how to handle a crowd. Food wise it’s pretty good for the price. I always get the Pepe — a ham sub, a pickle and soda. Boyfriend lives off their subs when we go to the Harbor. The interior is cramped but there are tables if you’re lucky to grab one or share with a fellow convention attendee. There is seating outside but be prepared to have some of the locals try and weedle money out of you. This place is more go in, get food, make way back to your hotel to eat/rest. Kudos to the staff for moving the line inside the Hilton this year during Otakon to reduce traffic into the light rail station/street. Had several line jumpers attempt to cut, staff refused them service and said they’d need to proceed to the end of the line. Nice to see staff who know how to handle this problem.

I have been to many Jimmy John’s all around the country over the years, and this is by far my favorite. My wife and I were in search of a snack after a concert this evening, and this hit the spot. Erik provided excellent customer service and did it with a smile and a sense of humor. Highly recommended.

Normally I LOVE Jimmy Johns! It’s my favorite place to eat a sandwich! I went to this location the other day and ordered a veggie like I always do. I am a vegetarian so it’s the only thing I can eat there. They mixed up my order and I accidentally ate meat. For a vegetarian that is NOT cool. The staff there didn’t seem to be sympathetic nor make up for it in any way. I’m not going back to this location!!!

(3÷30÷2015) Regular subs are pretty thin, got the J.J. Gargantuan, that’s a normal size, what you’d expect a full sub to be. Lots of mayo, which I like, but the way they build it, cheese first, meat inside leads to high slippage, the interior of my sub shot out the middle while I was eating eat it. Still, pretty tasty, I love the chewy French rolls and vinegar, def get hots for some zip.

This franchise was new to me, but my family stopped there on the way to Inner Harbor. My sandwich was done before my wife was even done ordering! And the food was fresh and delicious. Highly recommended.

Are you kidding me?!? Went there at 7:55 at night, thought they were closing at 8 o’clock because… first off some little bratty ass kid was running around behind the counter, getting his grubby little hands over everything where they make the sandwiches. OK, employee’s kid, but keep the little shit out of the kitchen. The cashier dude didn’t seem like he was in the mood to take my order — practically sleeping as he keyed in my order with one hand and kept his head propped up with the other. So I order a sandwich on wheat. I get it on some dried up crusty ass white bread. Lousy customer service. Lousy sandwich. I don’t know why everybody raves about this place — sucked! Think I ended up giving my sandwich to some hobo, no wonder they hang out around there like seagulls near a freakin landfill.

FREESMELLS!!!(my favorite sign of all time). Why is there no Jimmy Johns in Towson?! This place is delicious, better than your average Subway and even better than Potbelly’s in my opinion. The bread is so fresh and soft and awesome, which I think sets it apart from these other sub shops. I get the Vito(Italian cold cut) or the turkey sandwich with sprouts and avocado(I don’t recall the name off the top of my head). But both are delicious. Anyway, this location is clutch because you can grab a sandwich and bring it right into the O’s game with you, they allow outside food in, FYi. It is way cheaper than the food in the stadium and it is way better than most of the offerings in there too. It does get crowded before/during the games though, so be prepared to see a line, but it usually goes fast. There is also outdoor seating and a bike rack(I always bike to the games). Enjoy!

I give this place 4 stars and I didn’t even get a chance to go to the actual store. Let’s me tell you a coworker treated me to lunch. I had the cold cut and boy was it delicious. I am sitting at my desk just thinking when will I get another one of these delicious sandwich. I don’t know what it was but, what I will say is watch out subway they are gonna give you a run for the money. Everything tasted oh so fresh. I can’t wait to go to the store myself and purchase another one.

This is my last stop before all orioles games. Get your sandwich here before heading to the ball game. You’ll be thanking me after you see how much a hot dog is. Get the Italian night club with cucumbers and hots.

Good sandwiches but world famous? LOL I’ve never heard of them when traveling abroad. If they would stop singing and laughing amongst themselves then they might have gotten my sandwich right.

If we had a Jimmy John’s in our neighborhood, my guy would eat there every week. As soon as he saw that there was one by our hotel, he insisted on going there the next day for lunch. He is in love with the lettuce wrapped double roasted beef«unwich». I’ve had it once and decided to try out just a regular sub sandwich and ordered the country club. It was pretty big and filled me up for the day. With that, we split some Thinny Chips, which are reduced fat and taste good. I loved the hot peppers on my sandwich I am a fan of the fast and friendly service, the low prices for lunch and the bread-less«unwich» options. Plus if going there makes my guy really happy, then it’s worth it every time.

Was in a hurry to get to a concert so Jimmy Johns it was! First huge compliment, my friend and I both noticed it right away, AMAZING tomatoes on the sandwiches. Incredibly fresh, red and juicy! I got the Roast Beef sandwich and I felt as if it had barely any meat on it and tons of lettuce as a filler. However, it was good. And their subs are pretty cheap. If you haven’t been here, beware: they move FASTTTT! As their advertising states! I was actually a little worried I wouldn’t be able to fully read the menu before I got up to the cashier to place my order. The menu is in a very small font… too bad I didn’t bring my binoculars!

Their subs are delicious, fresh and doesn’t break the bank!!! Great alternative to Subway and McDonald’s!!! Staff is fantastic and very friendly!!! Usually I’d be a little picky with what I eat, as I am a picky eater, but after trying my first sub sandwich on July 2012, it made me want to eat the tomato slices with the rest of my sandwich. I’ll be paying them a visit again next time I visit Baltimore!!!
