I wish I could give this company no stars. Booked them a month in advance for today since I wanted a good cleaning before a party I was throwing tonight. When they didn’t show 20 minutes after the appointment time, I called the company who said they would be there in about 10 minutes. Two hours later, still didn’t show, and now they won’t answer calls, emails, or voicemails. I bought a LivingSocial so my money is already gone. Don’t waste yours!

I also bought a voucher through living social, and I must confess that it has been the best cleaning service I have see as of yet!!! I had two very horrible previous experience, but LNS came home and to my sincere suprise, they did a fabulous job. They cleaned underneath furniture, did a wonderful job in the kitchen and bathroom and the floors were perfect! They are very quick responding. I had to cancel due to an emergency, yet she accomdatted to my schedule easily! Overall I am very satisfied and will use them again. THANKYOULNS!!!

I also had a bad experience with LNS Cleaning. I purchased the coupon via LivingSocial, called three weeks in advance to try to get an appointment, and they told me they were scheduling a month out. After a few days of emailing back and forth(because they don’t make phone calls whatsoever), we finally decided on a day/time for the cleaning. The night before my appointment, I emailed to confirm that they were coming and received a confirmation email back. Then, 10 minutes later, I received a voicemail asking if they could either come at 9 a.m., as opposed to 1 p.m., otherwise they would need to reschedule. Luckily, this wasn’t a problem, but then the next morning at 9 a.m., I received another phone call asking to reschedule. I explained that the house needed to be cleaned that day, as it was the end of my lease and I was turning over my keys the next day. They said that they would clean, but when they did, they didn’t do ANYTHING. They didn’t clean the fridge, microwave, blinds, windows, baseboards, oven, etc. The house was completely EMPTY, so cleaning really shouldn’t have been that difficult. I am now stuck cleaning the house. Had I known that they weren’t going to clean anything, I wouldn’t have made the appointment. Will never use this company again. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and not worth the hassle! I also called LivingSocial and received a refund.

I must admit I purchased a deal for this company via Living Social. I scheduled an appt a month out at 9am, however the crew didn’t show up until an hour later. But to my surprise when they got to my home, the 4 of them did a fantastic job! The service was suppose to be for 3 hours however they completed everything in 2hrs. I would recommed this company. I have already scheduled my next appt.

Called and emailed to confirm on 6÷22÷11(got email response confirming), yet on 6⁄23 no show with NOCALL, NOEMAIL. Cannot reach them by phone or email to find out if they are coming. They are an hour 15 late and I’m still waiting after arranging my day to be available for them on their schedule. I give up. Very, very unprofessional.
