I visited this store today after I stopped by several other furniture stores. They have variety selections of mattress from traditional to memory foam mattresses. Employees are very kind and professional. On top of all, their prices of products are very reasonable. I am strongly recommend this store all my friends.

Shopping for mattresses is not fun. The idea of possibly spending an obscene amount of money for something you’re not even awake to enjoy most of the time is ridiculous. Hopefully you won’t need to do it too often, but if you do, my advice would be to shop at other mattress stores, but don’t give them your sale. Especially visit the Sleepy’s nearby where there’s a saleswoman who seemed to put effort into not having your sale. Then head into Mattress Discounters with what you have in mind from the other shops, and let them take care of you. They were very courteous and even though they were really busy, they offered us water and made sure we knew that they didn’t forget about us. This kind of service extends throughout the whole store. We opted to haul the mattress on top of our car with some rope that we brought, and the gentleman who brought out our new mattress was very polite and professional and insisted that we save our rope and he’d use his own. Who knew you could save rope at a mattress store?

The salesmen were extremely friendly, helpful, and not at all pushy! The showroom was clean and they have a wide variety of mattresses at a large range of prices. I can’t wait for my new mattress to be delivered!

I’m glad the reviewer above put in so much detail so my review can be a little more brief haha — I second all of it! Got greeted immediately and the salesman that worked with me was really down to earth and worked with me on the price. Felt very comfortable and got a great deal. Recommended for sure.

(I’ve submitted changes to Unilocal that this location is actually at 6427 Baltimore National Pike in Catonsville, phone number 410−869−4671. There is no location on Rolling Rd as listed here). I had a great experience at this Mattress Discounters. My boyfriend and I visited two other mattress places in Catonsville before going to this one. We almost didn’t go because we found a mattress we liked at Mattress Warehouse down the road, but figured we should visit all the options nearby. Glad we did! We were greeted right away by a saleswoman who was friendly and informative but not pushy nor annoying. We told her we were looking for a less expensive mattress, and she said she’d show us some options but that we should first try a few different types of mattresses to find out what«feel» we liked first. Then she did show us their lower-priced options, but also encouraged us to look at a slightly more expensive and better quality one, and talked about their financing. I’d almost decided to go for that when my boyfriend made an offhand comment about how much we liked the memory foam mattress at another place, and then she said«oh, we’ve got a really great deal on something right now.» Then she showed us a «Space Age» brand memory foam mattress that was almost half price, for $ 500 including a box spring, with a 25 year warranty. We were sold! She also sold us their more deluxe frame for the price of the basic frame, which I didn’t even ask for! I couldn’t pick up the mattress for another month until we moved into our new place, but she said that was no problem. Unfortunately, after I picked it up, it turned out I couldn’t fit the queen boxspring up the stairwell of my new place – bummer! I’d taken some measurements and thought it would be fine, but it was just an inch or two too big. I called Mattress Discounters and told them the situation, and asked if I could exchange for a split boxspring. They said yes, they’d have to order it and it would be in in a few days. First they said it would be an extra $ 225, then he said«let me see what I can do» and brought it down to $ 150. I said I’d go for it, and brought the boxspring back. Luckily it wasn’t damaged at all from the move(be careful when you’re moving in case this happens to you!). When I was paying the extra for the split boxspring, it somehow came down again to $ 97.50! I didn’t ask any questions… Finally I picked up the split boxspring(super-easy to move!) and got everything set up. Love the memory foam! The mattress part itself came in a compressed, small package. I was really pleased with the customer service in how they handled the return/exchange. It could have potentially been nightmarish but it went really smoothly. Overall I really liked the vibe of the salespeople at this location. They were all friendly and funny(one of them even sang their famous jingle in an amusing voice)…seemed like«real people» instead of smarmy salespeople. They also seemed to offer discounts and deals without my even asking. The salespeople at the other stores I went to seemed either rushed, pushy, or less interested when I said I was looking for a cheaper mattress. So thanks Mattress Discounters – I feel like I got a great deal, and I’d highly recommend this location to others.
