Next Day Blinds

I recently moved and had absolutely no window treatments. It takes me a long time to make a decision about decorating, but I was living in a fishbowl with absolutely no privacy. I stopped by Next Day Blinds while running errands to get an idea of what products and prices they offer. I was blown away by the selection and the guidance I received. The advice the sales associate gave me concerning the pros and cons of roman vs roller shades was very helpful. I was relieved that I was able to make a decision in about an hour (it usually takes me 4 weeks to pick a paint color). I picked a roller shade for my living room, a roman style for my dining room, and the cordless type you can open from the top or bottom (I forget the name of that style). I picked them on a Tuesday at the store and they were able to set up installation for me on my next day off (for ten blinds it took 45 minutes!). I LOVE my blinds! My experience at Next Day Blinds was great-​they know their stuff and the product is beautiful!

The company contacted me after this review with an offer to compensate for the damage. They asked more about what happened and issued a prompt partial refund. Because of this, I would consider using the company again.

Extremely disappointed recently with Next Day Blinds Catonsville. I have been purchasing from this location since 1999; apparently management has changed and long time customer loyalty is not valued. After they made the mistake they were unwilling to go the extra mile to correct it! They put the burden on me for the correction. I pay more so I can get what should be trademark customer service. Save the additional $$$ per blind and go to Home Depot or Lowes!
