The owner refused to tell me the wifi password claiming the Internet is down. He also closed the bathroom claiming there is no paper towel. I’m not sure it’s some kind of coincidence. Very disappointed.

We almost walked passed this place if we hadn’t seen the sign on the street, so glad we didn’t.

I really love going here as it is a quite place to work. I’m never feeling rushed or hassled and can comfortably work on my laptop. The store is owned and operated by Keith, who remembers your name and takes time with his customers. I really appreciate the small business atmosphere and the friendliness. There’s plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and he has ice cream!

Went to a matinée and this was our only option for food and I’m so glad! Had a Greek wrap that was wonderful — the chicken was moist and delicious and tzatziki sauce was perfect! Service was perfect.

Out Takes is the go to place for the art students at the Schuler School. The Caboblanco wrap is so crazy good I crave it all the time! And Keith makes the best chili I have ever had.

The veggie wrap «Meatless in Seattle» is so damn good and there’s 7 or 8 other wraps for meat lovers. They also have ice cream and desserts! Owner is very friendly. I wish people would go here instead of the terrible crêpe place across the street. Great location less than a block away from The Charles Theater.

The wraps are fantastic and the staff very friendly. Reasonably priced and the food is fresh and made quickly.
I’ve had it twice while traveling from Penn Station as it’s a quick walk away (about 5 minutes) and have yet to be disappointed. Much better than train station food and great for lunch or dinner.
There’s also a great ice cream and dessert selection.

After having dinner at nearby Joe Squared, we were in the mood for ice cream. I had a feeling that if we walked down Charles Street we would find some and low and behold… OutTakes. What a find! The small but chic looking shop was run by the friendliest owner I have met in a long time. He’s the kind of owner that makes you come back for another strawberry cone, even when you have ice cream in your own freezer — just to support the local business. I am looking forward to coming here again, maybe for a wrap or a coffee. Of course, I’ll probably walk out with another strawberry cone and a big smile, the owner is just that nice.
