Papa John’s Pizza

Ordered 6 wings for pickup using app. Arrived 40 minutes later and the wings were not ready. The store was empty. No apology from staff. I talked to manager and she was extremely rude. Won’t be back

Spent 10 minutes trying to order pizza… to find out to get the «large deal» must order online. not by phone! It’s worth it… spend extra cash to order from pepes!!! I like papa johns pizza better but not worth my time waiting to order!!!

Pizza came in about 45 minutes which is pretty normal. However the delivery got apparently didn’t know the difference between. The front and the back door and also forgot my receipt and acted as if it were my problem. And had an attitude that he had to go back and get it for me, like I’m just going to leave my credit card receipt unsigned for some random guy to have. I understand it’s cold outside but it doesn’t mean you can give people attitude because you made a mistake in your job. Not okay. Customer service really needs to change.

I really like the employees at this Papa Johns. One night, after getting incredibly smashed, I wandered home after last call weary and unsatisfied. I knew the pick me up I needed came in the form of some delicious Papa Johns pizza so I got online and ordered two large pizzas for myself… at 2:30 AM… drunk as a skunk. Obviously Papa Johns was not open, but still accepting online orders for some reason. I’m impressed that I was even able to order the pizza to be honest because shortly after I ordered it I forgot about it, watched netflix, and then passed out. I woke up with a horrible hang over, unsure if I had dreamt the pizza order or not. Suddenly I heard a knock on my door and as I opened it confused and in great pain fortuitous grace revealed itself in the form of two delicious pizzas that were expertly made. I was surprised and totally dumbfounded. I looked at the delivery man and told him what I had done, he laughed, and then I told him i didn’t have any cash. He told me to call the store and just pay with my card, it was no big deal. I called the store and told the lady on the phone what I had done and she laughed, nearly dropped the phone, and then asked what I was drinking the night before.
I know I know, Papa Johns, it’s just delivery pizza. But the employees are pretty rad. They have a sense of humor, and 99% of the time deliver quickly. Also, they don’t skimp on the toppings. They just do their jobs and you ca have fun with them.
