This place is pretty decent. I got a salad. Apparently you can get either a salad or pizza with whatever toppings you want. I didn’t know that and I wish one of the employees had explained that when I was ordering! the salad was good. My other 2 friends got pizza and they loved it.

I came here thanks to a living social deal. I didn’t know exactly how this pick your own pizza toppings was going to be different than take out or delivery pizza but decided to give it a try. Boy am I happy that I gave it a chance because it was a great experience from beginning to end. My husband and I went in about 2pm and there was only one other couple in the establishment. I think with so many options in the Canton area now that this gem is being overlooked. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I ordered the wheat with pepperoni, sausage, bacon, mushrooms, green peppers, onions, and black olives. OMG! The pizza was amaze balls!!! I am sure the freshness of it took it to the next level for pizza and I appreciated all the love that went into preparing/cooking the pizza. It’s cooked in s brick oven and all the crust are thin which is liked. We got the combo which comes with a drink and side salad or banana pudding. Us being the foodies we are, we got the convo with side salad and an additional side of the banana pudding thanks to the reviews of this dessert. The banana pudding makes you wanna smack your mamma due to how good it tastes. It was worth the almost 4 dollars it costs. Without the LS deal the meal would have been a little under than 20 a person but you get a ton of food. Ingot extra toppings which also increased my portion of the bill but those extra toppings were worth every penny. The restaurant is new, clean and comfy. We ended up staying for a good 2 hours just noshing and chatting. I sat there long enough to eat the other half of my pizza that I just knew I would have for tomorrow, NOT! I would love to take our teenagers here and can’t wait to see what toppings I will get next for my pizza. Bathe entrée salads looked plentiful and fresh. Our side salads were just the right amount and very fresh/yummy. I am impressed Pie 360! Also, by the time we left, others starting coming in which made me smile because this place deserves more customers.

I’ve been to Coal Fire Pizza in Columbia a handful of times and I always love what I have. When I heard the group behind Coal Fire was opening a make your own pizza place in Canton, I was thrilled. Pie 360 is the same great ingredients and flavors as Coal Fire, except each pizza is a personal pie that you customize yourself. When you build your own pizza, you customize the crust, sauce, and toppings. My friend chose original crust, traditional sauce, mozzarella, cheese and pineapple. The crust was thin and the toppings were customized to exactly what my friend enjoys, of course she liked the pizza. I went a little crazier with my pizza toppings. I ordered the wheat crust and signature sauce, then topped my pizza with chicken, bacon, banana peppers, green onion, and mozzarella cheese. Perhaps I put too many items on my pizza, but I still really enjoyed it. If you’re into customizing your own pizza, Pie 360 has plenty of options, you’re bound to find something that excites you.

Pie 360 is a build your own pizza place with a great mix of ingredients to personalize each experience. They also offer gluten free if you have dietary issues. The pies are grill fired and come out in 5 – 7 minutes and are a good size to be full and take leftovers home. The staff is courteous and the setting is casual. A nice perk is that they have a liquor license so go grab a beer or wine and sit outside to enjoy. This is a great location and a large space.

I checked this place out for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised. I built my own pizza for $ 7.95. I got the regular dough with garlic olive oil as my sauce. I got mostly cheese, but added tomato and basil also. The crust is thin, not sure if they have an option for thicker crust, but that would be a nice option. I also decided to get an order of the banana pudding. Holy crap, is it good! This pudding is so good, it makes me want to give back stuff I didn’t steal. It is not instant, and is so good. I highly recommend it if banana pudding is your thing.

Being from New York, this is some of the best pizza in Baltimore. Convenient Chipotle style ordering and pies are done in about 5 minutes. Signature sauce is unbelievable. The owner is incredibly nice and accommodating. I HIGHLY recommend for anyone looking for a quick bite in Canton.

Pizza made to order. Nothing fancy. But I think they have hired a really friendly staff and they half a nice, casual set up. It’s pretty chill and I like their music. Plus it’s easy to eat healthy there because you can also build your own salad. I’m definitely going to pop in often for a quick meal.

Fresh pizza made to order. They offer white and wheat dough options. Beer and wine are available and the banana pudding is excellent. Order and sit down, no table service. The pizza is good and staff is friendly but the organization of pizza order process needs some tweaking. They dont seem to have a structure from ordering to making the pizza to paying. They also don’t know how to cut even slices. Decent pizza with good prices.

I’m very impressed. I have to admit that I was skeptical at first about a Chipotle-style pizzeria — or in other words, a fast food establishment that allows you to choose your dough, sauce, cheese, and toppings — but I was pleasantly surprised. The pizzas here are thin crust. You can choose between regular or wheat dough. There are a few sauces available, including a spicy red sauce as well as a base sauce for white pizza. Toppings are plentiful and each personal pizza’s base cost(~$ 8) includes four toppings.

I had recently seen a groupon or livingsocial deal for this place, and thought I would check it out for lunch post gym work out. Since I had jus put in hard work in the gym was looking for a slice of pie, with a certain price tag. I was in luck and had stumbled in to the right establishment. The menu offers, about 4 specialty pizzas, specialty salads and panini’s as well as a build your own section for each. All the toppings are laid out in front of you and your able to pick. I decided to go with the 10inch build your own pizza, which is an extremely thin crust, sauce and four toppings for 7.95! The pizza was baked to perfection and my topping selection was amazing, not bias at all, lol. The place is very clean, with ample indoor as well as outdoor seating. They also offer beer and wine on tap. I did deduct a star because they still have a few kinks to work out with efficiency of service. They were slow and got everything right, however if they is slammed I could see the flow getting a bit confusing with people trying to make their pizza, salad, and/or panini as well as check out at the same time. Look forward to returning!

The place was messy. The crew was disorganized and couldn’t keep a good pace, so it took 20min just to get our order in. Then to top it off my boyfriend and I both got sick after we ate. We will not be returning.

Pie 360 is like a Chipotle, but for pizza. They also make paninis and salads. You get to choose a type of dough, sauce, and 4 toppings. They had a decent selection of toppings. I ordered the Italian sausage as one of the toppings, but regretted it because it turned out to be way spicier than I’ve ever had before. I wish they put on more sauce; the pizza was a tiny bit dry because it could have used a second layer of sauce. The free parking lot in the Canton Crossing complex makes this place super convenient.

Pie 360 sits in the space of the previous quick-to-fail«Venti-Tre” — which I actually really liked but seemed to never go. Too bad so sad, Pie 360 is here to make a go at success in competitive Canton. Pie360 is using a fast-food alternative restaurant model – pricing is low, product turnaround is quick, atmosphere is swanky casual. I would almost coin it as the«Chipotle’s» of pizza. I looked up on the internet to see if it was a chain, but it seems to be a local offspring… the first of what may possibly be many more in the future. Certainly feels like a «chain». Well…should you go to Pie 360? Do you like high quality pizza at a bargain price? Then, YESSSSS… My only regret is that I didn’t try this place sooner! You get a custom thin crust pizza with choice of crust, sauce, and up to 4 toppings for the same price — a whopping low $ 8(if you want to be technical, $ 7.95)!! The ingredients are fresh and tasty. The crust is thin, comes out dry and un-greasy — similar to a fresh pita bread, perhaps. If you come with a friend who doesn’t want pizza, there are panini and salad options, similarly priced. The pizza comes out fast for a custom order — perhaps about 4 – 5 minutes after it’s placed in the oven. The dining area is clean with new attractive furnishings. Service during my visit was above average friendly. The ordering process is fairly easy to understand and execute. Originally, I was going to mark the place at 4-stars, but I see no improvements that I could suggest would prompted me to grade this as a 5-star — simply, it is head and shoulders above any other fast food pizza place, in terms of taste and value. In fact, Pie360 food rivals gourmet pizza spots but delivers it in a casual no-fuss atmosphere. If you are looking for the largest pie for the dollar, this is NOT your place. Great job and keep up the great work… I hope you guys last a lot longer than your predecessor in that space!

I have nothing, but good things to say about this place. Both times I have visited so far the service has been excellent. The employees are willing to make accommodations, and answer any questions you may have. The pizza itself is very good. Great selection of toppings, and sauces. Today, the manager brought out some of their banana pudding to try, that was de looks as well. I hope this place thrives. Go out and give it a chance. You won’t be disappointed.

Great customer service! Friendly and helpful staff. This place offers individual personal four topping pizzas for under $ 8. Each additional topping is $.50. They make the pizzas directly in front of you as you select your sauce and toppings. It took less than ten minutes to bake. The crust is thin and I could go for extra cheese next time. But overall it was tasty, the experience was great for fast food, and I’ll return!

I was skeptical at first. Fast food pizza made to order. How good of quality would it be. I was surprised that the quality is decent. They use fresh sheet mozzarella and the sauce is not too sweet. They have a wheat crust which is delicious and the toppings are a better quality than I would have imagined. One downside is that the wait was long during lunch.

Overall, I like how you can pick and choose your toppings for the pizza. I also like the fact that they have a wheat option. However, I wish the quality of the ingredients were better and I wish there were just more options in general. I tried the spicy tomato sauce but it was so sweet that it tasted almost like dessert. Considering there is Verde, Home Slyce, and Pasta Mista already in Canton, there is already some fierce pizza competition. If I had to choose between Pasta Mista and Pie 360(which are right across the street from one another), I would still go to Pasta Mista.
