We bought a new bed and paid for delivery for the next day in a 4 hour window. At the end of the time window provided for delivery I contacted the store to get an ETA which they were unable to provide. I received a call from a random number an hour past the delivery time, it was the driver saying he was late and about 15 minutes away. 45 minutes later no delivery driver. It took me 2 days to get the bed delivered with no help from Sleepys. There are plenty of mattress stores around, avoid this one.

We got an expectional customer service today 08/​17/​2015. I came in with my wife to get a mattress for our 2yr old daughters today. Philip the store manager was very professional, and not pushy. He accommodated us and was very polite throughout the transaction. We’ve been going to this location for about 3 years, and will definitely go back.
