Alright. So my initial review raised the ire of a few folks, which, frankly my dear, I don’t give a damn, but let me rewrite so that maybe I can make my point without raising the ire of those who don’t see the humor or the reality of the baristas at this location. Stereotypes are created through real situations and unfortunately stereotypes about baristas are merely perpetuated by the staff at this store. Never mind the I-don’t-give-a-damn attitude, the let-me-stare-into-space-and-ignore-you ambivalence, if I could give this place negative stars I would. There was no issue with the product, it’s the same as any other Starbucks. It’s the service and the language used here. The word is «ask», not«ax». If I want a receipt give me one. Don’t question my motives. If you’ve got a response, look me square in the eye and don’t look over at your coworker and talk past and around me. Let me simplify this. When I walk up to the counter, you work for me and it’s your J-O-B to make me happy. My requests are reasonable. Your response should be also.

The only thing I can say about this Starbucks is they got my order right! The absolute worst customer service ever!!! The ladies working there were actually yelling at customers to move out of the store!

Wanted to grab a Maryland Mug. They didn’t have them. Waited 30 minutes to find out no hot breakfast sandwiches. If it wasn’t for the Starbucks name I don’t think this coffee shop would be in business.

I was yelled at by the very grumpy order taker… All 5 desperate parties in line voiced our confusion, only to be told we were the dumb ones for not understanding the system. The man taking the payment actually shook his head the whole time and made snarky comment about all of us having no patience… «Try your best to have a nice day» he said while shaking his head as he rested his hands on his chin…

This Starbucks hasn’t a clue about their customers needs to catch a flight. Chronically understaffed and SLOW! Don’t bother with this place unless you have thirty minutes to spare getting your coffee.

Paid $ 4 for soy milk because the lady didn’t know how to make a proper soy latte. Saw the espresso shit spilling out of my cup. Too much attitude and the worst customer service ever!

understaffed and NOOVEN so no hot options. Coffee tasted good but all I got was a hot brewed coffee. Usually lines at airport Starbucks move fast because the employees do a good job getting people through. Not this place. they were just hanging out.

I’ve been there twice. The first time the service was nice. The second time not so much. I guess I give 1 star for Starbucks bad service and 3 stars for Starbucks good service. This is the mean of the two.

Really a nightmare of store. This was my third and LAST try. They ran out of ingredients for the Very Berry Hibiscus so I asked for my money back. I almost lost my flight because it took forever to get the refund. The person in front of me was asking for a strawberry smoothy. They also did not have it and she was given the option of Banana instead. They proceeded to drop the Banana in my «cup» as a place holder for somebody else’s drink? What if I’m allergic to the banana skin or something. Plus I don’t want a banana that everyone touched in my empty cup before my drink will be poured. This is not hygienic!!! After all, I don’t even drink coffee. I only do the refreshers so I’m not a big loss for this store or Starbucks overall. Not coming back EVER.

Starbucks is supposed to be good everywhere, right? WRONG. Horrible customer service and insanely long wait in line. If people are going to wait that long for a drink, don’t serve it with extra sass.

Super small and no merchandise besides food. Looks dirty inside. The people here are not very nice. I asked the cashier at 915 when they close she said 10, not 3 minutes later a guy employee starts bringing down the gates halfway which knocks a mans hat off as he was trying to leave which makes the guy employee start laughing hysterically.

Their whole demeanor is very rude here. They told us they were closing at 10pm, they started closing the gate down before 9:30. They were in such a rush to stop serving people, they even knocked the hat off a customer whole pulling the gate down and almost hitting his head.

Literally, I ordered a mocha and the guy kept giving me a hot chocolate. Remade it 3 times and it still isn’t right. I am so frustrated. I have been traveling all day and I pay $ 5 for a little coffee and it is such a joke. This makes me want to never drink at Starbucks again. If someone is not qualified to make drinks do not put them behind the counter.

Worst customer service ever at a Starbucks. The employees need to learn to expedite orders instead of leaning on the counters acting tired and focusing on their phones!

I’m not even sure this is the same Starbucks I went to near the B gates, but I think the way they were trying to expedite orders needs some work. Friendliness was at a minimum. A couple of staff members smiled, but they weren’t even helping us. The ones who were quickly took our order without letting us tell them fully what we want, took our initials and sent us to pay. I guess at the airport most people don’t go to Starbucks for the experience, but the experience here was not good.

A smile would be nice. This Starbucks is one of my typical stops coming through the Baltimore airport. It is likely run by the concession company that handles most airport eateries, and as such there are some differences in products. Mainly in the water and other items. Besides that, it is set up much like any other Starbucks. I have been through here many times on many trips. The one thing that I have noticed is that the folks working behind the bar are not that attentive or caring. The drinks are not made quite with the quality I expect from a Starbucks, and speaking with the barista today I got the impression she’d rather I just didn’t talk at all. There are some that work here that are cheery and seem to are, but the last couple times I haven’t seen those folks. I hate to grade down a place, but when your peppermint vanilla latte is not quite right, they hand a hot drink to you without the cardboard protector on it to keep from burning your fingers, and your smile is created by a vacuous stare, you just have no choice. Get your coffee, but be prepared to be underwhelmed.

HORRIBLE service. I asked for an ICED skinny caramel macchiato. Something must have been lost in translation because it came hot. I’m laid back so no big deal if I have to wait an extra 5 minutes but the employees disdain and poor attitude was audible. «She may have told you iced but she ain’t tell me iced». I mean really? You don’t think I can hear you. I’m a faithful Starbucks customer and I don’t think I should spend $ 8 to hear employees bitch, moan and be rude. Do better.

By far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I know airport sbux are not«real» Starbucks with«real» employees but there is still an expectation of friendly service and accurate ordering. I heard 2 employees talking loudly about their incompetence in the back and how she got in trouble for using her cell phone«on the floor»… It was uncomfortable which in turn made the employees on the floor uncomfortable which made everyone in line sad. I saw an employee make a lady’s skinny latte with regular milk. I asked the register lady if they had an item in the back fridge and she said no and did not look. The starbucks is the size of a coffee cart anyway. The girl that made my drink was also rude. There is a Dunkin donuts 100 yards toward B7 if you need another option.

Redemption for Starbucks — after a not so good visit to another location — this very small airport bucks is the reason I don’t give up easily on them. The staff at this location is the true asset — and I will gladly pick up another cup of something next time I’m running through this airport. Clean and friendly with efficiency!
