They don’t take your order right in the drive thru and then they blame it on you. The employees need to be retrained or hire employees who are willing to work.

Today is the second day in a row this place is not opened on time. And yesterday when they did open, the staff seemed very uninterested in serving customers. Today, they’re looking at me waiting outside & doing nothing. There are at least 2 staff inside, both have seen me. This is ridiculous. This place lost my business.

This Starbuck’s is very nice inside, as most are, but there is a lot of room and nice places to sit. It has a drive-thru, which seems to be quite the attraction and this place is absolutely bustling in the morning. The location is terrible, however. The parking lot is small, with half the spaces dedicated to another business when they open. The parking lot is also one way, a fact impossible to tell from the road until you attempt to pull into what turns out to be the exit. With the popularity of that drive thru, pulling into the entrance can be dicey as the whole place gets backed up.

This place is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to with the exception of a few kiosks in hotels. They are always slow, sometimes I’ve waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. It is one of the lanes you can’t get out of once you are in it too so you are stuck. I’ve been late for work meetings when I should have been 15 minutes early. The inside is filthy, early on a Sunday morning and there are crumbs and spilled coffee stains all over the floor. They are constantly under staffed or there are staff members inexplicably standing around doing nothing while people are waiting.

I am a Starbucks fanatic and this is quite possibly the works experience I have ever had at a Starbucks. My wife and I stopped here because we were on our way from a hotel stay near BWI. We walk in and the staff are all on their bionic headsets and absolutely ignoring the front counter. The young gal at the counter once she did acknowledge us was with a rude. «What do you want?» and a «Is that it?’ at the end. My wife’s drink was completed and sitting on the barista stand while other drinks passed hers by out of order. She had to ask for it to be finished and given to her and then it was with a huff. I also unfortunately used the filthy restroom here. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Had to repeat my order over three times and could hardly hear the guy(Eric) on the drive through. Then one of our orders was wrong, made it hot instead of iced, even though we said it three times. Then he seemed to have a horrible, non customer service attitude. No youre welcome or hey sorry about the miscommunication or anything. It was such a disappointment considering the great experience and relationship we normally have with starbucks. Many he was just having a bad day, that happens and we are very understanding, but at some point thats not our fault and you should still rep your company well.

I wish I could go to a Starbucks outside of Seattle that treated me like a person instead of what I look like. I came in friendly, said«Hello!» with a smile. All I got was a curt, «What do you want?» Barista didn’t ask my name but asked everyone before and after me theirs. I guess I’m not the right shade for this place. This Starbucks isn’t anything like the real deal Starbucks I know. Being from Seattle and having gone to Starbucks ritualistically for many years, it doesn’t surprise me that pretentious, classist, and all around ignorant people still abound. No name on my cup, not a single scribble. No love felt from a brand I truly love. Oh by the way the coffee tastes horrible, I wonder why? Can’t wait to catch my flight back home and taste something made by someone who sees you as a person.

Awful, terrible, horrible, absolutely the worst coffee I have ever had. And the staff is not much better. I drink coffee from the time I get up till the time I go to bed daily but would rather drink out the sewer plant than this place

Service is always great! Drinks give me life! Drive thru workers are always full of energy and jokes. The inside is clean and most of the time you can find a spot to sit. Once a friend and I stood for about 3 min. while we looked around to find somewhere to sit — another customer stood up and offered his sit to us! Just goes to show you there are def still nice folks around. 4 out of 5 because the bathrooms could be a bit cleaner. I love this Starbucks location overall! The workers never pressure me to buy a drink when I walk in the door. #loyaltothislocation

Yet another Starbucks serving the same over-roasted, overrated Starbucks coffee, but coming through when heavy caffeination is needed and I can’t find a DD nearby. This location does have a drive-thru, but because of the location and awkwardness of the building it’s not immediately noticeable. However, I would recommend finding it and using it … the parking lot here is super-small, and spots are reserved for specific vendors. I took a risk and parked in the spot reserved for the nearby Thai restaurant and was fine, but this was just before 11AM — you may not want to take that risk during normal lunch/dinner hours.

Trashed! Furniture mess. Out of stock food and drinks. Parking sucks. Not up to SB standards.

Went through the drive threw, it was quick and easy, but when it came to getting the correct order together, that wasn’t the case. I’ll go in next time, and maybe my order would be right… :-(

This is the WORST Starbuck’s I have ever been to. Maybe this Portland girl is expecting too much, but the place was completely disorganized and had boxes for restocking in a HUGE pile on the floor at 2:00 in the afternoon. It would be understandable if it was near opening or closing, but not in the middle of the day. Also, there were four people behind the counter, and it took a good long while for them to even acknowledge me. Shame on you, Starbucks. I expected more from this visit. I’m glad I don’t live near here.

Nice service and fast. It saved my life while I was staying at the red roof inn! It is walking distance from there.

Let me tell you, when you want a cup of coffee but don’t want pull a sleeping baby out of his car seat, this place is where it’s at. This is the only Starbucks I’ve seen with a drive-thru in the area, and it’s glorious. It’s not the type of Starbuck where you would necessarily linger and people watch, but when you need a caffeine fix, you can’t go wrong.

Hey it’s a Starbucks, only good things can come from here, right? YES! Why you ask, because it is Pumpkin season, and only good things come from pumpkin season, especially coffee! Staff was friendly, and moved fast! The plus to this location is that it is about the same distance as my normal bucks AND there is a drive thru. Score! I don’t even have to leave my car! The only gripe that I have about this place is the fact that it has this mini parking lot with about three designated spaces for patrons. I swear when I went there was ONE person in there and the same amount of parking available. What gives? I guess I will be utilizing the drive thru. Awesomesauce.

Small store and very few, tight parking spot. There is a drive thru however, in a tight, narrow alley. Better just get you coffee drive thru but be prepared for a line.

Thank heaven. Good coffee. Must survive a power point brief. Soy latte please. Or 10. And add one of those petite carrot cupcakes please. Thanks. I’ll be back this afternoon for a refreshing passion iced tea lemonade, sweetenend. Oh yes. Scan my phone app too so I can get my soy for free. All right. Maybe one day I’ll try the drive through but I would much rather come inside and have personal interaction.
