Chili’s Grill & Bar

Food is ok. It’s Chilis. But sit in the bar high tops! The waitress (whose name escapes me right now) is by far the life of the party, friendly so accommodating and fantastic at her job!

We were there during the Jan 2016 blizzard. The restaurant was extremely crowded. The staff was very efficient. Never got flustered. Food was served quickly and hot. They did a great job.

Service was fast. Good was good. No complaints. I never ran out of beer, the waitress was on top of it. That alone is a reason I’ll come back.

I went to this Chili’s for dinner the day that I moved into my apartment in Baltimore. It was a Saturday night. The restaurant was pretty busy. We were seated right away, but it took probably 5 minutes before we were acknowledged by a server. Oh, and that server just let us know that our server would be with us shortly. So another 5 minutes and we finally had our server to the table.
The service was pretty mediocre. No one checking on us, no one getting us refills in any kind of timely fashion. When our food came, my mom had ordered fajitas. They didn’t bring any of the side veggies (lettuce/​tomato) or condiments (sour cream, guac). So she had to wait to get someone’s attention and then for them to bring that. I am not a huge fan of Chili’s chains to begin with, but my parents love them.
All in all, the service was mediocre and the food is average. Nothing to draw you back to this restaurant.

I love this place! Staff is very friendly and the restaurant is clean and has a fun atmosphere. There are plenty of TV’s on the bar side for everyone. One time we asked a waiter to change the station on one of the TV’s to an Orioles game and he didn’t even hesitate. One thing I really like is when you get there and there’s a wait you just give them your cell # and you get a text when the table is ready. Definitely not a quiet place, but hey, we aren’t quiet people. Lots of laughter and good times seem to be the «norm» at Chili’s in Linthicum! Oh yeah — their Sunrise Tropical Margarita and all you can eat chips & salsa are AWESOME!

Service was good today. 15 minute wait, and it was exactly 15 minutes. They have a new system that texts you when your table is ready. That’s cool.
Food came out reasonably quickly for as busy as they were. Waitress was friendly and attentive, refills were timely. Appetizer came out rather quickly.
I ordered the Margarita chicken and it was cooked perfectly and a good portion size for being one of the «healthy» meals.
I will be back.

Server was great! The food however, it came out cold and took 35 min for simple dishes. The chicken tostada came out looking like it was under the heat lamp for the duration of time we were waiting for our meals.

Dirty restaurant with an extremely loud environment. We were served under cooked chicken tenders for my two year old… When I notified the waitress she promptly took them back and had fresh tenders made. But, no apology and no manager visited our table! No comp for the under cooked chicken. I don’t look for free food but I do expect a bit of concern on the part of management… I guess potentially giving food poisoning to a child isn’t a concern on their radar!
The menus were SO sticky that the peeling apart noise as we opened them was quite audible! Employees at the hostess station were more interested in hugging and speaking to one another to be bothered with greeting customers or helping to clean up the sticky restaurant…
Gross, we will stay away from this chain in the future!

I find that my experience with Chilis is usually hit or miss, but we go often because my kids love it (and I live for the chips and salsa). We just moved to the area so we wanted to find one close. I receive coupons all the time and called ahead of time to see if I could use it. The manager Justin said that he would honor it even though to wasn’t for his location. That was awesome of him! When we arrived, we spoke with him right away and he informed the waitress of our coupon. Our waitress was very friendly and efficient. Our drinks were refilled quickly and food came out in a timely fashion.
The food: of course I had the chips and salsa. Perfect as usual. I also ordered the margarita chicken. It was juicy and very flavorful. No complaints. My husband ordered the Cajun chicken pasta. Also great
Given the fact that we left satisfied with the food and service, we’ll most definitely be dining here again.

This Chili’s was very packed and service was slow (not the server’s fault). The food was delicious, as always, however.

I stopped in this Chili’s after checking in at my hotel but before heading to a wine-​and-​cheese reception event at the conference I was attending. The service was a tad slow and my food was not-​so hot. I’ve had much better experiences at Chili’s at other locations.

For starters, thank you to the stranger that paid for lunch for my co-​workers and I. I’ve been to this location a few times and on my most recent visit we ended seating ourselves which isn’t the norm.
They offer military discounts and the waitstaff are pleasant and attentive. I am fond of their current promotion for the smoked wings. If you get the chicken tortilla soup, it is a bit salty so be forewarned. I can get the pick two or pick three deal and be satisfied. They do have affordable lunch specials if your time doesn’t allow for a Hollywood lunch or if you are just a little hungry.
Periodically, they’ll have events such as Daddy-​Daughter night and of course their email promotions will get you coupons on various items.
All in all, good establishment but needs a wee bit more attention to what’s going on. Seven customers shouldn’t have to stand at the hostess booth and hope someone will come to seat them. I understand that there are peak hours but you have to maintain a certain level of awareness so that you don’t turn potential customers away.

Came to this Chili’s location last night with my husband. We found two seats at the bar and received menu’s and drinks within about 8 minutes. After flagging down the bartender we order wings, salad and an entrée. That is where it went downhill. Both bartenders were nonextent from the bar at some point. Most times there was only on bartender with zero personality who was too busy making drink orders for the restaurant. It took 30 minutes for our food to come and they brought all the food at once! Why did the wings not come out first? How does it take 30 minutes to make a bar appetizer? The food was dry and cold. The service is horrible especially if you find yourself sitting at a table in the bar area.

I wish I could give 0 stars. W were seated right away, and that was it. After 10 minutes I pressed the call sever button. After a couple more minutes, I asked the host of someone could help us. Five minutes later, we left.
Called the restaurant as we were walking out. 8 minutes later I got the manager. She wasn’t aware that the service there was so poor which made it even worse.

I got bumped from my flight home during a layover and was staying at la quinta inn. I had a killer craving for a vanilla milkshake. With no car, I walked down the road to see what places might offer such a treat. The bartender informed me that they didn’t have shakes on the menu but she’d be happy to make me one. It made my night. This place was popping for 10pm on a Wednesday.

Had the fajitas. Meh they where Ok. Had better. The tortillas could have been better for the meal. It kind of killed it. Other than that… Drinks where awesome!

Chili’s food was always a «meh» for me.
The joint in Linthicum seems to be a popular spot for travelers, businessmen, and folks who work in the area. During weekday lunch hours, it is always packed.
Things to note:
* Half price appetizers on weekdays from 2 – 8 PM
* Friday lunch has an additional menu ranging between $ 6-​$ 8 and includes a starter and fries
Despite the lunch hour craze, this Chili’s location really handles the volume well. From seating, to ordering, and receiving the food, the flow and relative speed is quite impressive.

Great service, great food, great time! Chili’s has changed their menu and I really like it! Had a buffalo chicken salad, patron margarita and onion rings. Everything was delicious. I especially liked the clean upbeat location. Also paying from tour table made spilting checks a breeze!

I walked here from a nearby hotel as I was sick of the hotel food and I was hoping that Chili’s could provide a good dinning exoerience. Well I actually attempted to go to bay leaf up the street but it was closed for maintenance… just my luck.
Anyways I went to chili. Nice waiter… very very nice and attentive. Service would get a 5 star but the food was horrible. I had to force myself to eat it. U had a chicken flarbread. It was overcooked but I was on a time crunch so I ate the pieces that I could. I was so disappointed. I usually really like Chili’s!
But the ordering system is quite cool. A small tablet device is at the table… you can order food and drinks. And also pay for your check… a receipt is either printed or emailed to you. Pretty neat.

Split a 2 for 20 with a co worker. I got the cheddar bacon burger medium with a side salad. The burger was great and the salad was nice and fresh. The chips, salsa and guacamole are always a crowd pleaser. Great service this time and I’ll definitely be back.
