I drive by every morning and the lights are all on with the drive thru open sign on also. No one ever answers the speaker to take order.

We ordered a ten pack of tacos and burritos and first the blonde at the counter acted sorta irritated, then they left out 2 of the tacos. Finally get back and the bean burritos were the driest nastiest things of my life. We ordered 6 burritos, 2 soft tacos, and 2 hard tacos. In the end there was 7 burritos, 4 soft tacos, 2 hard tacos. The staff working the grills were super friendly though.

I have had 100% awesome customer service every single time I go through the drive-thru!
I’ve never had any issues with my order either.
The friendliness of the staff is just awesome… almost makes up for the douche bags at the Wendy’s across the street!

I love taco bell the new doritoes locos taco has to be one of the greatest additions to the taco. Plus the happy hour prices between 1 and 5 are the best I love the décor only angst is that they have way too many stool seats and I am a shorty so it’s just always a struggle to get up in those seats… lol

Mary C was my very friendly cashier today, whom wore a very warm smile and great attitude.
My food was fast, hot and fresh. I love Taco Bell. The place looks great and must have been very recently remodeled. Bathroom was clean as well.

This shop is near my office so every now and again I get the urge to splurge. The employees are nice and they get the food out quickly and keep this place acceptably clean.
Just dont get the Cantina Bowl. Individually, the components might be okay, but all put together, its becomes an ugly, unpleasant-tasting mess.

I was been a fan of Taco Bell since I was a teenager, but I discovered called TEXMEX, American Mexican fast food and small owned restaurants. Now, I’m back at Taco Bell as I was curious of what’s new. Taco Bell has changed and improved in menu and the design of dining facility. It’s competing in line with Moe’s, California Tortilla, and Baja Fresh. Who will win this war? Probably not Taco at this time. I’ll have my California and Baja as my first in line of choices.
