Starbucks

Terrible terrible i came here just for the strawberry Acai and they did not have it WTF. i had to settle for somthing else not very happy, i was very disapointed… i dont know if ill come back

small space compared to a Texas Starbucks. they where fast and friendly. i was given an extra shot!

Good coffee but no atmosphere.

Nice place. Has a very long middle table and I considered playing ping pong on it. I decided otherwise because the baristas were obnoxiously nice to our large group.
The music made me want to dance and the coffee made me want to write a Unilocal review.
Caffeine. Yea!

Listen, guys. I like to think of myself as a positive person and I let a lot slide when it comes to customer service. Trust me, I’ve been there. That being said, I have left the location three times now feeling more frustrated than satisfied. I have visited during different times of the day and there always seems to be quite the wait. There is never a shortage of people waiting in line but the staff behind the counter never seems to increase their efficiency to try to serve them in a timely manner. I’ve been staff members walk away from registers and leave customers waiting to order for a couple minutes at a time. The times I have been there there is only one person actually making the drinks which then means after you order you go from a long wait in line to a long wait in the nebulous blob of people waiting patiently for their name to be called so they can be released from their caffeine-​fueled bondage. The location is great and I love the outdoor seating space but I do not like waiting 15 minutes for a shaken iced tea at 2PM.

This is a nice place to set up and work in the inner harbor. I occasionally have after-​work meetings and meet-​ups in the area and that means I really have to get there before rush hour. So, I have to find someplace with power and WiFi to set up for a few hours. The last time I came here.
There were free tables, the double espresso they made was great, there was power and there was pretty fast Google-​provided WiFi. It’s hard to complain.

They wouldn’t make my coffee the way I wanted. No unreasonable request. Also, they’re rude and thei customer service is below sub standard

I get that Starbucks is not everyone’s cup of tea (or rather… coffee… har har har) but I like it. It makes me happy and when my coworker and I head to this location for our daily 2 o’clock walk we are greeted with a friendly staff that actually does know our names, or at least some rendition of it.

Nice location on Pratt Street, right across from the Inner Harbor. Nice to always count on a place for a hot drink and sweet snack. Love the petite vanilla scones.

Starbucks is my choice of morning caffeine. Most say its overly priced but if you join their loyalty rewards every 12 drinks you get a free reward. Also theres always a bogo or 50% off in my inbox on a regular basis. Plus they have plenty of locations all over the world! The app on my phone is always updated. I put my login information in one time and I can pay with my phone and tip the barista.
This particular starbucks is close to my downtown location. Its on the 2^nd or 3^rd tier of The Gallery. There were 3 baristas working that morning one taking orders oneaking drinks and the other on food and orders. The barista forgot to make my sandwich and I waited an extra 5min. When I brought it to their attention the barista taking orders kindly walked over and handed me a card for $ 4 off my next purchase. Minus ine star for forgetting my sandwich…

Easily the slowest Starbucks in North America. I mean… Glacially slow. There is no sense of urgency here at all. I’ve been at hundreds across the continent and I haven’t seen one slower. Yeah, they’re busy, but I’ve been in busier ones where they actually move with some pace to get people in and out. These guys just don’t seem to be vested in their jobs. This comes across like they just don’t care about our time.

Hey starbucks. As always favorite place to get a specialty coffee. If you are inner harbor and wonder where is you darling starbucks it’s on the other side of the road. Step away from the inner harbor and walk a a block away you’ll find what the drink you want.

AVOID Starbucks on 100 E Pratt. I ordered an ice venti peppermint Americano as usual. But, the drink today DOESN“T look the same as usual… the color is very light (like tea)…so, I went to check with the lady who made my coffee… she told me there were ‘TWO’ espresso shots in my VENTI AMERICANO… and she insisted whatever she made is CORRECT…(which is the most terrible part of the experience today)…okay…what can I say?! I ended up with throwing this water like coffee into the garbage can and went to another Starbucks on Eutaw St to get the same drink… I confirmed with them… there should be ‘FOUR’ espresso shots in the venti americano… I really felt upset about the lady’s attitude…

Meh. Since every drink technically ‘should’ be the same from store to store, what is there to make a Starbucks stand out? Quality and customer service and maybe positive personality of the store? This place demonstrated none of that today. The three employees behind the counter were more concerned with what was going on on their phones and didn’t seem like they cared to be there. They were out of decaf, made two other customers drinks who came in after me before getting to my now decaf americano, made me the wrong size, was out of half and half, trash was over flowing and every table was dirty. Does anyone do 10 minute checks anymore? One star since I know what the Starbucks standard should be but because they didn’t ruin the Americano they get two.

I love this Starbucks. I’m always downtown and this is a great stop right at the Inner Harbor. Every time I have been here, the baristas were super friendly and the service and speed were adequate. If you go in the morning try to beat the morning rush since this Starbucks is connected to an office building. The bathrooms are usually clean and it’s a nice place to hang out with friends or by yourself and gotta love the free fast wifi.

As much as you can hate a Starbucks for being as common as a McDonald’s, you can love it for what it is– a place to get some coffee, a place to relax, and a place to use the bathroom.
This particular Starbucks is located right across from the Inner Harbor. It’s an excellent location and most likely going to be filled with tourists and people taking a break from work. That’s it. If you go at the right time, there will be no one in line and the bathrooms will be free. Five minutes later it is a madhouse and the line snakes around the café.
There are lots of tables and seats here (communal table). I like it. It feels spacious and comfortable. This is not a particularly big Starbucks but adequate enough for what it needs to be. Most people are just taking their drinks to go.
I ordered a Mango Pineapple smoothie from their new Evolution line. What I got was a green smoothie even though the cup was labeled MP. Oh well I decided to taste it rather than give the barista a hard time. It was actually really good and like bamn! my love for green smoothies have been rekindled.
FYI– The Evolution Fresh smoothie line is currently only in San Diego and Baltimore and there are no collectible Baltimore city mugs here!

Great downtown location across from the Inner Harbor. My latte was really good.

This Starbucks was fantastic. At 6am, they were on point with the drinks. Very friendly barista! He even gave us a couple of extra pastries just because… Will be going back to this Starbucks whenever I visit Baltimore.

When mamasan is ruling the roost, this Starbucks has it’s act together. The super friendly asian woman manager is über client focused. Free samples and joking upselling abound. She knows a lot of people by their name. There will be no lollygaging amongst the staff when she is around.
Not so much when she is not. Landing competent city employees at these wage levels is hard to find, hence it took FOREVER for Starbucks to get a true downtown footprint. This Starbucks holds its own for the most part. Waiting five minutes for an ice coffee is lame, but the free wifi on the smartphone will see you through.
Trowe’s headquarters building guarantees white collared pleasant patrons, and tourons from the convention du jour flock to this homerun Starbucks location. It probably gets dicey at night. Chain coffee is chain coffee, but it is better when mama’s in the house.
