Subway

The service h here was just horrable. The sandwitch although very much eatable fell apart. Also it appeared they didn’t know what they were doing or they didn
T care. I really don’t recommend this place unless you need a quick bite to eat.

Honestly? I’m not the worlds biggest Subway fan to start with, but this is sadly one of the best options in the B concourse. Everything else is either pretty horrid food-​wise, or outrageously expensive. At least you can get an expected sandwich from a chain you’re likely familiar with at not-​too-​disturbingly inflated prices.
The service is nothing to write home about, but they are fast and efficient. I haven’t had any issues with them otherwise (seeing a lot different in the other reviews, though…).
Your options are kind of limited once you head down Concourse B. You can find a lot more at the shared food court about the A1-​A5 gates (between the A and B concourses). BWI has a lot of options to offer, but only if you have the time to traverse to find them. If you have to dash, you’re stuck in B, and you only have a few minutes, and there’s no line… then this will suffice.

Literally disgraceful service. The employees were not friendly and actually were quite depressing. Yes the food is on par with all Subways and you know what to expect but I really couldn’t have imagined a more depressing staff.

Overview: This is an airport Subway located in the middle of Concourse B located near a couple of other eateries. They share a common seating area.
The Service: This Subway has the most disgruntled employees I have ever met (in a Subway). They were also the most unhappy Indian people I have ever met. They will skimp on ingredients and are slightly slower than most Subways. To be fair, I can’t place all the blame on the employees because this Subway also somehow attracts the most demanding and «entitled» customers I have ever met. Bad attitudes breeding more bad attitudes? ugh.
The Food: This is a regular Subway that does not participate in any «normal» promotion such as the $ 5 footlongs. The prices are decent, with foot long sandwiches ranging from about $ 7-​$ 10.
The Establishment: Plenty of clean seating in the center area.
Conclusions: This is an airport Subway staffed by some of the saddest employees around. Expect the lines to fluctuate from no-​one to 10 people in front of you due to flights randomly arriving.

This is the absolute worst Subway that I have ever patronized. Every single person behind the counter was incredibly rude. If I could give them a NEGATIVE 5 star rating, I would.

Super slow. The slowest subway ever. Fire those people and double your revenue. That wheat bread must be day old bread! It is so dry. What a shame! If I was a franchise’ I would file charges. What a shame!

Hrmmmm I have apparently found the worst subway in the continental United States.
They are slow and rude and soooo stingy with everything! My sandwich had 2 slivers of green peppers on it and took 10 minutes to be made! It was a lot standing and waiting while the employees complained about their long shifts. Lovely.

Yeah, so its Subway minus the wonderful spinach and with a large side of rude. I do not feel like hearing you and your wife argue while I am traveling. No matter where you go, you’re going to spend $ 10 for lunch, it doesn’t have to be here.

Their menu is false. The «egg and cheese omelet» does not exist.

Terribly unfriendly staff. I ordered the chopped chicken salad and when I requested that they do in fact, chop it, the guy gave me a super small portion and acted like he couldn’t have been more annoyed. No «hellos» or «how are you’s.» Very very rude.

My lifesavers since they were one of the only places opened when my very delayed flight got in! This place was just what I needed and we were greeted by very friendly staff! When you are tired and hungry, that is very nice.

It’s a Subway: you know what to expect. Service was quick.
I can confirm that the electrical outlets are not working, but I doubt that’s Subway’s fault.

I ended up coming here when all the other stores and shops in BWI were closed. In fact, I think this was the only place that was open in the entire airport.
The food is the same like any other Subway. The service was nice and friendly. The dining area is larger than regular Subways.
The dining room has many tables next to power supply outlets for plugging in electronic devices. This is an airport Subway. Many people of have laptops. The power supplies do not work. It was extremely frustrating to move to different spots and none of them were working. So, as I was trying different plugs, I saw a few other parties doing the same. I finally just left and sat in airport chairs that had outlets.
Frustrating!
