Not the fastest place, but they were super busy in the food court of a busy airport. Food was made correctly and it was fresh. Same as other Quizno’s.

This must be the WORST Quiznos in the history of Quiznos. No wonder why they are starting to go out of business. The people working at this Airport Quiznos in terminal A/B are TERRIBLE. I waited almost 15 minutes for my dry, non-flavorable sandwich(I mean piece of bread). Definitely not worth the $ 10. These sandwich artist need to go back to school, how hard is it to put steak and cheese on a piece of bread? Trust me, stay away if you’re a Quiznos fan, you’ll thank me later

Customer service is non-existent. Woman taking the order was outright nasty. Should have walked away but … Bacon on turkey club was not fully cooked And when I asked for mustard on the side the woman who took the order gave me a disgusted look. Never got my mustard and will never eat here again.

I had an Italian sub for breakfast. The sub and service was great. Took about 10 minutes from getting in line to get my sub. I think that this is a good place to eat. The sub was great.

Seriously how badly can my day get screwed? Flight 2 hours delayed and when I finally decide to try to grab a bite to eat, chick at the end of the assembly line was so ridiculously slow and gave multiple people the wrong order, myself included… And seeing as it’s at the airport of course I don’t realize it until I’m on the plane and open the wrapper. I’m allergic to onions, don’t eat mayo or ranch or whatever the hell is on this damn sandwich, and the extras I paid for are nowhere to be found– oh wait, they’re on the sandwich that someone else has. Thanks Quiznos for making this already horrible day that much worse and letting me starve on this damn near 4 hour dinner time flight.

Incredibly rude. Having a bad attitude doesn’t help make your job any better. My family and I ordered sandwiches during our flight delay, and the process felt so rushed even though there was no line. We order 1 small drink and then later asked for 3 waters. The lady started to point fingers stating how we already ordered one drink. It’s just water??? Get the stick out of your ass.

Too bad you can’t submit negative stars. Worst customer service ever. I’d recommend clean sweeping and starting over. Would also recommend a regional manager pay a secret visit to both locations at BWI because the other location in Terminal D is even worse(hard to imagine but true). Never again — no matter how hungry I am.

The staff here is absolutely ridiculously rude. Angrily Told them to keep my sandwich after taking verbal abuse for 10 minutes as they screwed up my order. Maybe their collective blood sugar is low and the carbs will help them. I understand it’s a holiday today but these are some miserable people… I will pray for them and eat somewhere else.

Do not order a salad. While the salad wasn’t bad for a fast food place, the service was abysmal. They forgot the order and made only after being reminded. To the dtaff’s credit they did try to right the wrong by comping a bag of chips or a cookie.

Wow! Worst service ever. I would never eat here again. There was no line, just me. I was not asked about the choice of veggies, or anything else. I used to always choose Quiznos over subway, but I’m staying with Subway from now on. Honestly what is their problem, were they upset I interrupted their free time with my order?

Would give negative zero if I could. Ordered sandwich without tomato, she got it wrong as she passed msg to another guy then gave me a dirty look when I corrected her. She looked like she was about to shank me. As I waited for my sandwich she was still complaining to another customer. Ghetto fabulous is what you get! Seriously hostile women and given the ratings of this place I’m probably not the only one to get craptastic service! Obvious the chain doesn’t care with Captured clientele stuck at the Airport.

Why wait in a half hour long line at McDonalds next door, when you can grab an amazing sandwich at Quiznos? I had never eaten at Quiznos before today, but I’m glad my wife and I stopped by. The ladies were friendly, professional, and courteous. I also found my new favorite sandwich which is the Smoked Angus Steak with Bacon and Sautéed Onions. Clean atmosphere and cheap prices.

Bad experience. I had a lay over for 3 hours and was super hungry. I decided to have Quiznos since we don’t have it back home anymore and I loved it. I waited for someone to notice me(everyone was looking right at me) then finally someone walked over and asked me what do I want. I told them could I make my own sandwich and she said no you have to pick from the chart and then can remove or add things to the sandwich so I did. And she stated«So you basically just made your own sandwich». Duh. She was made me feel like I was bothering her. I will never go there again. Customer service is lacking so much that it is not worth the hassle. I ended up getting sick about an hour or two later, go figure. I do not recommend this place.

This is a less than good Quiznos location, for sure: I don’t think Quiznos are known for their impeccable service though, so people probably shouldn’t be too surprised when they come here. The older woman behind the register was very sweet but the other employees were not very efficient or nice. I agree with most of the other reviews here– nothing wrong with the food but less than stellar service. I would go to the neighboring mcdonald’s instead… Oddly the best service on the main drag of terminal A.

Never will eat here again. Very disrespectful manager and mimicking staff while I was explaining that I have allergies and need proper cleanliness and preparation. For the corporate use: please review with staff on Friday June 13, 5:41 pm. Truly upset. No more QSubs, until better staffing!

Sorry customer service, good food. I ate here once upon arrival at the airport and my first impression was that the black guy with the keys around his neck hates his job. –Talking under his breath about how he’s sick of this and he’s been doing it too long. The sandwich came out right and it was good. Second time here was departure. Same poor customer service from the same guy with the keys, I felt rushed and he wasn’t listening to me. Not very friendly. After ordering my sandwich with NO tomato and NO onion on Italian bread I watched the girl make the sandwich. She put tomatoes on the sandwich! When receiving the sandwich I asked her and she lied right to my face. After opening it I found wheat bread with onions and tomato! Taking it right back to the counter I was fed up and asked for a refund. Avoid this place and don’t give them your business.

Quick and easy food at the airport. It was a good choice as I was as hungry as a hostage. On to the review! Pleasant respectful staff with relatively quick service. Menu is limited for breakfast but it was to be expected: 1) Egg and Cheese Biscuit — left a little to be desired — sorta dry but decent. 2) Southwest sauce, Egg, Cheese, and Steak Sammie — Sammie is like pita bread — really good little sammie — very satisfying. 3) Ham, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit — I couldn’t tell ya! No pork on my fork! 4) Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit — If my memory served me correctly — Sorry but I did not partake — No pork on my fork! Add Beverage and chips for a bit more! Decent quick fix when you stomach is about to touch your back! :)

Today(around noon) I had one of THE worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Since this Quizno’s location is in the airport(D Terminal) you’d think they would be used to time sensitivities. When I asked the female cashier, how long the flat breads took to prepare, she completely ignored me and began asking the guy in the back making the sandwiches which register was working. She didn’t even acknowledge that I had just spoken to her. So when she was finally situated she looks up at me and asks«What flat bread do you want?» Since my original question was inquiring about how long it would take(my flight was boarding), I repeated the question since I wasn’t going to let a raggity sandwich make me miss my flight. She responded with an attitude and just told me, that he can make it as soon as you tell me which one you want. Stankity, stank, stank, stank. At that point I just walked away. I was no longer in the mood for any stank flat bread.
