McDonald’s is horrible. Airport food is(with notable exceptions) horrible. So, what do you expect when you put them together? This one cannot get the three items in a happy meal right(forgot the apples) even though there was no line. Interestingly, despite no line, took 11 minutes. I cannot think of enough horrible things to describe the experience so I will stop here.

Absolutely WORTHLESS employees. They are by far the most rude McDonald’s staff I’ve EVER encountered. The line was long and the girl actually stopped listening to our short simple order to tell another employee hi and begin a random personal conversation! What?! It was the most ridiculous(almost) comical thing I’ve ever seen. We ordered scrambled egg, fruit parfaits and a bacon/egg/cheese biscuit; asked her to read it back to us, and it STILL came out wrong. It’s McDonalds so we, as customers, truly expect very little but come on… Of course, what recourse is there? They know they can do whatever they want. They aren’t losing their jobs so why not attempt to make everyone else’s lives as miserable as theirs obviously is.

A great example of organized chaos — I found my big breakfast sloppily thrown in the giant plastic bag, after removing the mostly non– recyclable container from the giant plastic bag I was shocked to find it was void of my scrambled eggs and sausage patty. Much to my dismay they had slipped out and were in the bottom of the bag mixed in with the salt and ketchup packets. I reassembled them for the picture for some stupid reason before tossing them in the trash bin — the service was very disorganized and without any management over-sight. The coffee was the star here it was brewed fresh and yes extremely hot. There are much better options!!!

This place is a joke. Took me 10 minutes just to get an order of fries. Fries for the love of God. The staff really don’t care, very unprofessional and don’t know what they are doing. Spend the extra $$ and get the Chinese next door. Professional, and efficient.

Couldn’t get my order right after I repeated myself 3 times. They also sold me two expired chocolate milks. I had no time to get it fixed, so I will not come here next time I am in this airport.

Just placed an order for a breakfast sandwich… breakfast is always great and at a reasonable price. The problem I have is while placing my order, Tina(name on badge) was talking on her cell phone via an earpiece wrapped around her neck… I thought she was talking to me and she did this with the following customer while I was waiting for my food. If she is the face and image of McDonald’s, they must do better than hiring rude and inappropriate employees. Do your job and talk on your cell off the counter while taking orders. Gheesh!

Waited until the breakfast rush died down at about 9:30 on a Saturday to grab my coffee. Came quickly. Looks like a lot of people were waiting for food so I wouldn’t have expected a quick turn around for food.

Horrible customer service. Employees using their phones while helping customers. Rude attitude from employees. Mcdonalds I really think you need to straighten up cause these people represent you franchise or corporate it’s still mcdonalds! Let’s face it, it is a airport McDonalds. Nothing more or less. I usually visit this location before I head out of BWI. The service was OK and the food was OK. The nice part is that your drink is usually a good mix of soda and ice.

Guy taking the orders was great but the woman expediting the orders could have cared less that 10 orders were lined up waiting to be handed out because they were ready. She was too busy talking then working. I would avoid this place if possible.

Just food. No smiles. Conveniently located at BWI Airport, this location offers the usual McDonalds food at what seems to be a slightly increased price. It’s all about location. For some reason, my regular grilled chicken sandwich took way longer than normal. I’m hoping it was because it was freshly made. The quality of the sandwich was what you’d expect from a McDonald’s, so no surprise there. The lines moved quickly. I’m a people watcher, so I had plenty of time to watch the employees as I waited for my food. None of them smiled, or loked like they really wanted to be there. The dialogue was textbook service-ese, right out of the McDonald’s service playbook. No smiles, no small talk, no joy.

I must have gotten the same cashier as V.L. did. First, the food was hot and fresh. Both the breakfast burritos and my wife’s Egg McMuffin were good, but the Egg McMuffin was expensive at $ 3.30 for just the sandwich. The teller was very soft spoken and difficult to hear/understand. The order filler was very short with me and the teller. I ordered and paid for 2 burritos but there was only one in the bag. The order filler kept insisting this was my order instead of listening to me and/or the teller. When she finally looked in the bag and counted 1…2…er 1 burrito she huffed and grabbed another and threw it in the bag(minus 1 star for poor behavior and attitude).

I’m impressed by the super fast service from Terminal D’s McDonald’s. Barely seconds after I had placed my order, my juice, sandwich, and hash browns were in front of me. So why only three stars? First, the price of breakfast was insane! Over $ 7?! Second, the woman taking my order was inaudible. She mumbled, and assuming the limited banter that usually occurs between a customer and a cashier, I proceeded to place my order whether it was the right time or not. She did not speak clearly and was overall very dismissive.
