Very helpful staff. I was looking for a short term prepaid plan. Staff member Aubrey walked me through options and didn’t try to upsell me a plan but instead took the time to understand my needs and suggest the best value.
Earlier in the morning I received horribly arrogant ‘customer service’ at AT&T at their Fleet St. store.
The folks at Verizon across the street from them tried to assist but unfortunately did not have the product for my GSM iPhone 4S.
