If you want plain olé chocolate you are out of luck. This spot is good. $ 17 to get 5 kids some ice cream. Pretty cool experience

if there was zero stars I would give them zero stars. I would never go here another day in my life even if my life depended on it. Why? because they decided to charge my card TWOMONTHS after I came there. I bought frozen yogurt in June and they didn’t post the charges until AUGUST. They charged an account I barely use which caused my to pay over three hundred in overdraft charges. Luckily Wells Fargo worked with me. When I called the owner, he act like he could care less. If you do decide to come here, please use CASH.

Back again tonight, both strawberry and chocolate yogurt empty, several of the toppings empty. The only reason we come is the location. Please try harder. This place is going downhill.

We love froyo and ended up at TCBY when our normal haunt closed for the winter. We have had several good experiences in the past, but the girl who was working today(brunette with glasses) stood by and watched people walk around confused– some of the froyo spouts where empty, there was frozen yogurt all over all of the drains and smeared on the tables, many of the topping dishes were empty, and people could not figure out how to sample the flavors. Even worse, this girl was training a new associate at the time! They did not acknowledge any of the guests when they walked in the door or asked a question, and just carried on with their conversation. Bad service, mediocre froyo– it completely rubbed us the wrong way. We will likely go back to getting frozen yogurt somewhere else from now on.

This is a good clean TCBY location. The employees are nice and helpful. The fro-yo is what you thought it would be. But the options/toppings were very unhealthy and I say this even though I poured on a lot of these unhealthy toppings. They should have some real fruit options not just swedish fish, cookie dough and sprinkles.

Gotta love all the options! This place would be so much healthier if I didn’t get to pile on my own toppings and if I was ever actually inclined to go for the fruit flavors and toppings over the candies, cookies, and hot fudge… I really enjoyed that this TCBY had some seasonal flavors, both fall and wintery. Don’t ask what made us want frozen yogurt when the temperature outside was already freezing but it was nice and warm inside! I had a swirl of peppermint chocolate bark and white chocolate mouse topped with brownie bits, cookie dough, Andes mints, and hot fudge(see what I mean? Why would I get the fruit???) The employees were pleasant even though we were those people who came in close to closing… sorry! And the space, though pretty tiny, was very clean. I’ve been here before and I’ll be back again!

I tried the smoothies. There are pretty good. The weather was nice so we hoped to sit outside but there are not enough tables. Luckily the places across the street have tables that do not belong to a particular restaurant so we sat there.

Been here plenty of times. Always friendly staff, fresh toppings, working machines, pretty clean. It’s frozen yogurt in a cup… what else is there to say?

I stopped here before I took myself in the house for the night. Really didn’t need anything else but, it’s my birthday on Tuesday and I needed to use my birthday 3.00 off any purchase. I spent 2.42 extra and was able to share with my niece, son, and sister. Cashier seemed to be working alone. It was in the last hour before close.

The Country’s Best Yogurt?! Hardly! I don’t want to date myself, but I remember when TCBY was the only place to get frozen yogurt. Keyword: was… The place was clean and the attendant was nice. I am hoping that I caught this place on a bad day. The machines didn’t seem to be in top working condition that day. The Original Tart was near the Pink Grapefruit, so the machine in the middle was a Tart/Pink Grapefruit swirl– no biggie. But, imagine my surprise when the Original Tart came out pink and soupy! I showed the attendant my cup and asked, «Is this Original Tart?» She said it was. I asked again, «Is it supposed to be pink?» She then said, «Oh, yeah. The Pink Grapefruit is spilling over into the Original Tart.» Oh yeah?! How about a sign, then?(Thought, but not spoken) No worries. The Greek Yogurt with Honey flavor looked promising. So, I filled my cup with that– no problem. Strawberry next to the Greek Yogurt?! Awesome! My partner loves Strawberry and Greek Yogurt. So, I attempted to fill another cup with the swirl. No dice! Nothing ever came out. No biggie. I’ll just fill the cup with each flavor separately, then add toppings. The Greek Yogurt came out no problem. The Strawberry, however, refused. Still undeterred, I proceeded to the small selection of toppings, paid 44 cents per ounce and left. Only to be disappointed again when I arrived home 1 mile later to find that the yogurt was a melty, soupy mess! And, to think that I cheated on my favorite froyo spot with this place because I didn’t feel like driving an extra 3 miles on a Saturday around 8 pm! Shame on me. Sooooo not worth it. I came crawling back to my true froyo love the next day on my hands and knees, begging him to take me back.
