Had George Thomas come out today and fixed a few leaks (Bath and Main valve). He came out 15min after I called and fixed the leaks in less then an half hour. He give me great tips, and showed me how to fix them myself if it should ever happen again. George was honest and give me straight forward pricing that was fair and accurate.

Thomas the Plumber broke one of the pipes connected to my sink while unclogging the drain. He later came back and fixed it for only the cost of the part. Great work done.

Called Thomas when our water heater broke and flooded the basement. He did great work and his emailed estimate was exactly what the job cost. He was on time and get the job done quickly. Will definitely use him again.

An amazing guy with great customer service. I needed work done on my basement bathroom and after being ripped off by other plumbers, I called Thomas. He came and worked on the problem for over an hour and tried a variety of things. He went above and beyond. When it turned out he couldn’t fix it, he lowered his price and wrote me a recommendation for my land lord. He was really friendly and id highly recommend him to anyone!

I had a pipe burst in my home recently. Apparently it was happening all over Baltimore b/​c even emergency plumbers were booked for hours. I called Thomas about 9AM and was told someone could be there between 10 – 12 and that I’d get a call before they arrived. I got a call at 9:40 saying he’d be there in 20 minutes. He came right on time and fixed the pipe.
The price was cheaper than the estimate I received from other plumbers who had me on their wait list. Thomas accepted checks or credit card. I paid by check and it was deposited within a week.
I think it’s just a one guy company (may be another based on the other review). Worth giving a call if you’re in a bind.

I called Thomas the Plumber for a backed-​up laundry sink. He charged me what I felt was a reasonable price for the job. He and the other gentleman with him were very professional. They came when they said they would, called me first, and cleaned up after themselves. They took the time to explain to me what caused the backup and how they fixed it. I would definitely call them again.
