Easy truck rental. They will return boxes you don’t use.

Really easy and pleasant experience. Walked in without a reservation and was driving a truck 10 minutes later. The manager, Melissa Perry, was really accommodating and friendly. I really felt like a valued customer, a.k.a. a human being, and I would definitely rent from this location again.

I have used this location for all of my moves and storage, about 4 times in the past 3 years. Always friendly and always willing to help out. The staff is great.

Absolutely no complaints. I provided necessary info ahead of time via email, arrived Sunday morning just before 9 a.m., and was on the road by 9:15 (one customer ahead of me). Gas gauge was marked at ⁷⁄₈ on contract, but was probably closer to ¾. I returned it with ¾, and was not charged for anything extra. All 3 employees I dealt with on both ends of the transaction were, if not overtly friendly, appropriately professional. Would definitely use again.

Rented a truck from this location. Initially tried to do an online reservation using my credit card but their system was down. Went into the location to get a truck, paid cash, left with the truck on ¼ tank. Returned the truck with ¼ tank of fuel in it and dropped the keys in their dropbox. The next day I get a bill for an additional $ 86 for fuel and «service fees», stating the truck was left with ¹⁄₈ tank of gas in it. Now, I know where the gauge was, and I had my receipt for the gas. I called and spoke to the manager, Melissa, about the bill. She told me that she was the one that checked the gauges and that I was lying. When I told her that when I initially picked up the truck, all of the trucks were running with the AC blasting (probably something that they regularly do), which is possibly why the gauge was reading lower, she got rude and hung up on me. I called back and the rudeness continued, and she hung up on me again. I was speaking to the location MANAGER, who hangs up on customers that don’t agree with her. Quality employee right there. Really glad I never gave them my credit card or I’m sure it would have just been charged. I worked it out with the corporate office and the additional charges have been waived. DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. If you do, take pictures of the gas gauge BEFORE and AFTER you return the truck.

I can guarantee you that they will treat you very well here and that your reservation will be honored on time once you get past the long lines that appear to never move. The weekends are much better as they have more cashiers working or during the end of the month, when most people move. They also refills gas tank, but I will warn you„ their prices are definitively higher than the good old supermarket.
