To be fair, this is the only cleaners I’ve used since moving to Baltimore this summer, but that’s only because they do such a fine job.
Staff are always friendly, and are on a first name basis with many of the customers. They handle my suits, dress shirts, and my wife’s dry-​cleaning. Orders are turned around within 1 day, and I’ve had absolutely no problems with quality on my 40+ orders. They’ve never melted a button and never lost a shirt. They have super convenient parking right in front, and I’m always in and out in about 2 minutes.

Brought in a pair of pants to be hemmed and two shirts to be cleaned. They were very quick and did a great job. Definitely more expensive than Zips but worth it for the quality of service (and if a shirt needs to be dry cleaned, I’d rather pay a little more for the peace of mind and feel that it won’t be ruined)
I would definitely return !

Love doing business with World Cleaners. They provide a nice professional service on my shirts, pants, sweaters, suits. I ask them to check the collars for stains, medium starch and hang them up. It is always done to my specifications. I wouldn’t take my bedspread to them because their costs on that item is high. Isn’t that what laundromats are for!
Josh handles all the customer contact. He is friendly and personable. He takes pride in learning your name. It’s really nice to walk in and feel so welcome. To feel that they are ready for you to arrive.
Pat, the owner is also a great guy. He lives right in South Federal Hill. So, he cares about our community.
I just started going here in August and I really can’t say enough about World Cleaners.

Fast, personalized service at reasonable prices. They really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. Plenty of free parking (although walking distance for me).
