A fan of the Pizza Hutchain, but not of the experience with this delivery experience. After the fifty minute wait, we discovered the order was slightly messed up, there was a lack of forks, and the pizza was mediocre. Even though there were multiple little mistakes, the food was overall good. That being said, I would not deliver from this location in the future.

Horrible experience. They overcharged on the bill by adding on all sorts of miscellaneous charges. When I questioned the waitress, she assured me it was correct. She tried to convince me that the 2.25 water charge was not included in the bill and neither was the chocolate milk she insisted we have so that she could ring in the birthday package. When I went to the desk, they tried to tell me the ½ veg pizza was as extra 4.50. I asked them to show me on the menu and they pushed me off to the next person. The third person determined that we were over charged by over 4. She left me standing there and the manager finally came over and handed me 2.25 for the water. So I get to eat the rest and keep the chocolate milk I didn’t want. He said he didn’t know what I was talking about and that he was only asked to refund the money. No apology. Horrendous customer service. Check your bill here carefully and buyer beware.
