Rental prices were what would be expected. Rentals were in pretty good condition. Location convenient for Sugar Mountain Skiers. Customer service was lacking to say the least. Tyler helped us with our rentals and his attitude was a real turn off. His facial expressions made it obvious that he was annoyed to be helping us but it seemed like he didn’t wnjoy helping anyone period. I would avoid this place in the future just to avoid this guy. Off to ski now! :D

Skied one day at Sugar Mountain on Wednesday Feb 11th. Weather was perfect, sunny day, temperature around 50. Check in process was easy with the computer system. Total price to rent skies, boots, poles, helmet, and damage insurance was $ 35,23. Equipment worked great on the slopes, no problem returning the gear.
To anyone having trouble with the rental places and skiing, it’s best to go mid week, and to arrive early to pick up your gear. This is common sense, but it seems most of the horrible reviews are those who go on the weekend and have to wait in line.

Great prices. Costed 12 dollars for all day ski rental. Friendly staff. 25 dollars for snowboard rentalz. They close at 11, so there is plenty of time to return equipment after the day.

Super speedy place for getting rentals and great prices (especially with a Unilocal deal). All the folks there were pretty helpful and laid back. When the boot I was trying on pinched funny, they switched it out for a better pair with no complaints. Will likely come back whenever I’m in the area next!

Loved this place to get your gear on. Fair pricing on most all of their equipment. Good selection of North Face and Loki apparel.
Convieniently located near Sugar Mountain. Good prices on rental equipment if you don’t want to stand in lines at the resorts.

We rented all our ski and snow board equipment here. Must say the people there were really cool, and very helpful. We got everything we needed, tips for the first timers… When we went to return everything, some of them remembered us, asked us how we did — genuinely interested.
They have everything you need to go on the slopes.
Good prices, specially if you do the weekend package.
